This holiday rental for 4 people with a swimming pool is located in the countryside of the village of Eygalières, in the Alpilles Natural Park, in Provence in the Bouches du Rhône.
This superb farmhouse is nestled in a verdant setting of 3000 m², this refuge will immerse you in a bucolic and soothing atmosphere. Enjoy the simple pleasures of a flowering garden, a shaded terrace and a barbecue for moments of relaxation.
On activities, you'll be spoilt for choice! Whether it's the shared swimming pool, the numerous hikes in the Alpilles Natural Park or the cultural visits nearby, everyone will find something to their liking.

EXTERIOR
This pleasant mas with a swimming pool is divided into 2 independent accommodations in the heart of a pleasant landscaped garden with olive trees.
The land, covering an area of 3000 m², is not enclosed.
It consists of:
- A private terrace in the courtyard of 150 m² overlooking the living areas with plancha, garden furniture and dining table
- A large shared swimming pool with the owners of 11x4.5 m, depth from 1.40 m to 2.20 m (secured by an electric roller shutter, with access via steps) in service from early May to late September, until 7 pm in the evening)
- A relaxation area with loungers around the pool dedicated to tenants
- 2 outdoor parking spaces
INTERIOR
Ground floor: Cosy living room (20 m²) with television, DVD player, hi-fi equipment and internet access. Utility room with washing machine. An independent bedroom (12 m²) with ceiling fan, external entrance, equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and an adjoining bathroom (washbasin, shower and WC).
First floor (access via the external courtyard): Spacious kitchen with air conditioning on request (17 m²), fully equipped: refrigerator, ceramic and gas hobs, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
It opens onto a bright dining room (21 m²).
An air-conditioned bedroom on request (13 m²) with a double bed (160 cm) and an adjoining bathroom (washbasin, bathtub, shower). Independent WC.
Important: Access to the upper floor and the second bedroom is via crossing the exterior courtyard.
Sheets, towels and beach towels, included.
End of stay cleaning: 140€
For stays longer than a week, an additional cleaning can be included on Friday upon request.
Air conditioning optional: £5 per day for activation of this service.
Deposit: 500€
Internet access.

Maximum occupancy: 4 people.
