  • Discover this charming studio located on the top floor of the Palm Court residence, a fully renovated residence just steps away from Orient Bay Beach in Saint Martin.



    The studio overlooks the inner courtyard with a lovely pool where you can perfect your tan while lounging on the sunbeds.



    You have the option to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace of the restaurant, which also overlooks the residence's pool.



    The studio is fully equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, a king-size bed, a sofa, and a dining table on the balcony. It is also equipped with WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a safe. The residence also has a private and secure parking lot.



    The beach is 100m away, and the village square with its restaurants is 50m away.



    Convenience stores are also located 50m away (Petit Casino, hairdresser, tobacco/press, beauty salon, Italian caterer, etc.).
