Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. A professional cleaning team will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit before check-in. Fresh linens and towels will be available at the home. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.
Package Delivery
We recommend using courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or Amazon. USPS often does not recognize vacation rental addresses and may return packages.
Problem Reporting
To ensure a perfect stay, please report any issues or inconsistencies in the home within 4 hours of arrival (cleaning issues, malfunctions, damages, etc.), so we can resolve them promptly.
