Scam

Do not book this property. It is a scam. I booked this weeks in advance and chatted with the host about our upcoming stay. The day of check in the host went unresponsive and never gave us our check in instructions. Long story short we were stranded for hours and VRBO did not help us with finding a place to go nor did they offer us anything to make it right. Terrible customer service.

A rental with potential, needs some attention

A pretty nice townhome with potential to be a great vacation home. Likes - beautiful countertops, modern light fixtures, very comfortable bedsDislikes:Furniture does not match VRBO pics. Orientation and size of couch not conducive for watching tv. Kitchen appliances (look nice and new however microwave inoperative due to a severed power cord, fridge does not dispense water or make ice bc filter is missing)Kitchen provisions very basic. Coffee filters would be a nice offering. Pool heater did not really heat pool at all.Tap water smells and tastes like it was drawn from the Tiana’s Bayou ride at Disney.Walls have more scuff marks than turn 7 at the Daytona speedway. Needs a repaint badly.Laundry dryer difficult to access bc folding door in the way.One bathroom has zero towel racks.Host replied to comments but failed to take any helpful action when problems mentioned (some 2 plastic ice trays maybe??)
