Upon arrival, the gate is security check in. (I like it) the house parking is enoigh for 3 max. If you bring another car, you would need to park at a guest lot. Lovely House

Celebrated my Birthday with 9 other ladies, house is very nice. Plenty of room. Everyone loved the game room/movie theater. My only complaint, they didn't have any dish cloths, pot holders, etc in kitchen. Other small issues were taken care of right away. We had a great time!

Nice Place to relax

This was not the house I originally booked , but due to an AC issue I was reassigned to this property. The house was clean and it was a nice place to stay. We did have an issue with the home's door code not opening the front door. After calling the property manager's office they gave me a new code that worked. The wifi and AC went out for about an hour and a half. They sent someone to fix it. Management was very responsive of any complaints.

Lovely accommodations. Wish there was a supply kit that could be added to the rental to provide supplies need for the full stay such as toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, dish cloth.

the accommodations were nice except for: -no toilet paper in all the bathrooms -panels in blinds for the pool missing -no instructions on how to get local channels on any TV. -water in the shower kept dripping -remote for ceiling fans inoperable.

Nice house but lots of issues (big and little)

The house was like the pictures.Big&beautiful.once settled into house we found multiple issues from little things -batteries dead in several remotes, overhead fans light not working at all, only 11 supper plates and 8 pool towels (house sleeps 14),sketchy electrical including exposed wiring in kids room. pool didnt have enough water so skimmer wasn’t working well - we filled it. Spa jets way too aggressive even w/adjustment.Lots of sand in pool. BBQ grease pan missing. very limited cooking supplies. It would be sufficient if eating out a lot.There was only one small frying pan for 13ppl, Very limited hand soap provided for BR - this is “supplied”. The dishwasher doesn’t dry.The ice holder in freezer & shelves in fridge missing/broken. two sinks in the ensuites on the main floor were slow to drain. The dryer takes + + time to dry.pool table is great except isn’t enough space for fair game. The arcade game not working.on arrival: backed up raw sewer on sidewalk.. Good things - pool heat✅, AC✅,Beds✅, patio seating✅, BR access from the patio✅, communicating w/tropical escapes was ok-kind, upto 24hr response. efficient w/fixes for most things. Maintenance, plumber, county(for sewer issue) ppl were great to help. Extra towels/plates✅Fridge/freezer parts ordered✅Batteries changed✅Sinks drain✅. Sewer fixed✅Offered other house for our stay✅ To be fixed: big frying pan, electrical fix., blue room light/fan to work, fan in Gucci room to work w/o light. It was good stay but annoying.

Wonderful week at Solterra

We had a few hiccups to sort out upon arrival- our pool heating was not turned on and our barbecue was unusable (drip tray had been taken out and was completed rotted). I emailed the customer service over both issues and a new barbecue arrived the next day and we were given pool heat for the rest of our day (paid for 5 days) for the inconvenience. An excellent stay! Only issue was the insane traffic on the I-4 getting back and forth to the Disney resorts!

Management Communication Lacking

Sorry about leaving this review but I need to be honest! First of all, communication with management was terrible. They took too long to get back to us, the amenities was deceiving as we had to pay for this when it was not listed in the description so be aware! We had an unauthorized cleaning person try to get into our house while we were there. So then we had to deal with management on this. Make sure you get the code changed when you get there so this doesn't happen. Pool was clean when we arrived but later on in the week was dirty and nobody was arriving to clean or respond to our request. Screen door to the pool was ripped in. The blinds were coming off. Pool cushions dirty, lacking comfort.For a party of 10 it wasn't enough towels in each bathroom. Downstairs front bedroom. The mattress was terrible felt like a sinkhole. Game room machine Star Wars was not working-disappointing. The cookware pans need to be replaced as the teflon is peeling. No guest handbook. And to top it off we found a pair of dirty underwear in the drawer! Disappointed in the amount of money we had to pay for this should have been a lot better.

Disney family vacation

The house was exactly as pictured and worked out very well for all of us(13 total). There were a few disappointments though, it was hard to do big family meals with the pans and utensils that were there. Just a few more would work wonders. The screen door to the pool hasn’t been fixed yet and I had read that from earlier reviews also shower doors ran very hard on the tracks( also in prior reviews). It would have been wonderful to have a few more amenities to start with an extra garbage bag, an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms,a couple dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Overall it was a very nice place and busy. We were only about 20 minutes from Disney and Universal.

Spacious home

The home looked just like the pictures! Plenty of space for everyone. Great layout that provided privacy among all family members. Pool was so relaxing both morning and night!! Only negative, if I had to list any, would be instructions for the water heater. First night we ask ended up with cold showers. We were able to figure it out and everything heated up nicely for the rest of our stay 😁 Neighborhood was quiet and nicely kept. Would stay again.

Ready to return

Overall we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this home to others. There were a few minor issues that I did see in prior reviews as well. Remotes didn’t work for Roku and fans. Possibly could use a few notes around the house to help with using stuff around the house. However, we were so busy, we really didn’t have much time at the house/resort. But the time we did have was perfect!

Lovely spacious home

My family thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this spacious place. The heated pool and garage media room were very popular with the kids. And Disney World is just a few minutes away. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. You'll need to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper. There is a Roku device for streaming on the big TV but no remote, so we downloaded the app on a phone and it worked fine. My only negative comment would be the traffic backup at the main entrance since there is only way in and out of the development. Overall a great Thanksgiving location with family!

Great home but needs some small care.

Love the home! Great for our family with plenty of room, common areas, bedrooms all good sized. Paid to have the pool heated and that was worth it. Would stay there again. That being said, it needs some maintenance and have noted that other reviews have left the same comments and nothing has been done to correct these issues: shower doors not on tracks due to roller missing in 2 baths, no kitchen towels or washclothes, no can opener, no hot pads, no spatulas, cook utensils are sparse. No extra garbage bags (large or small), no dishwasher or washer pods (would be nice to have just a couple), TV remotes (Roku) not working. Would be nice to have some printed instructions for TV, or remotes labeled for the room. Some lights and fans not working or remotes not working. Needs an electrician to get the switches working correctly, or labels on the switches would be very helpful. Several small things that could be done to make the house absolutely spectacular.

Loved it

The property looks just like the pictures. There were a few issues with the patio screen, shower doors and broken glasses but the managing company responded very quickly. The carpet can stand a cleaning but overall we loved it. I wish it was closer to the airport but we'd stay again.

Family Trip

The garage that was converted to a play room was decent even though some games were not working. The ice maker had a hole in it and it was covered by a vertical blind. Once the blind was moved out of place by the ice maker the ice fell to the bottom. Parking is a nightmare. Only 2 vehicles fit in the driveway and you cannot park on the street. You are required to park in a common area approx 1/4 mile away. Some sheets and towels had stains on them when we arrived. We failed to notify them and were charged $180 for old sheets and towels which previously had stains. The cleaning person was there at 9 AM prior to check out time. Outside grill and cooking utensils had lots of rust. Exact location of property is not revealed until a few days before trip making it challenging to plan. . Would not stay at this place again.

Nice home but things to know

We had a nice time overall but things to be aware of- The good- nice decor, large tables for everyone to eat, play games, etc, plenty of pool towels, very roomy home, comfortable beds , plenty of plates, glasses, silverware. The bad- only 2 cars can park in driveway (not 4 small cars per instruction- big stickers on our 2 Prius for blocking sidewalk), no coffee maker- notified management Wednesday and every day after but new coffee maker not provided until Saturday at 11am, game room hot despite adjusting ac unit( ac worked great in the rest of the house), several non functioning items- couple of remotes, blender leaking, shower door broken, overhead bedroom lights burned out, patio door screen broken, refrigerator shelves broken and fall out, refrigerator door falls open and hits pantry door every time, ice maker is cracked on bottom- ice continuously falls down through freezer, no oven mitts or hot pads- had to use a towel to get out the bread we baked, the manual can opener does not work AT ALL- had to get a Swiss Army knife from my car to open a can, the way the water flows off the roof over the entryway means you will get drenched if it is raining when you leave or enter the home, only one towel per person and no bath floor mats, and the shower in the teal bedroom on the first floor is crazy high pressure and not adjustable- it felt like death by a thousand cuts and I didn’t have a sunburn so BEWARE- don’t let a child get in there !

Awesome stay

My family and I absolutely loved this property!!! The property looks exactly like the photos. The beds were soft, pool felt amazing, even the clubhouse was perfect. Literally my ONLY complaint was the fact we had ANTS in the bathrooms AND bedrooms upstairs. The ants were in sinks, showers and on top of dressers. I called the rental number to see if anything can be done about it, and someone took a message and thats it. Other than that everything else was great. We were minutes away from all attractions. All in all I would stay here again just aslong as there are no ANTS in the rooms/bathrooms
