On the second floor (of three) in building 9, the condo comes fully furnished with a premium furniture package and has 2 screen enclosed balconies with furniture. It is PLATINUM rated by Vacasa with new vinyl plank flooring in the living areas and new flatscreen smart TVs in the living room & bedrooms. Also recently replaced are the Samsung kitchen appliances, living room and dining furniture, ceiling fans, mattresses, bedding and drapes and the condo was recently repainted throughout.
Bahama Bay is a 24-hour guard gated community located in Four Corners, set in 70 acres of lush, beautifully-maintained grounds. With a list of amenities a mile long, you’ll never want to leave!
