sophisticated bedrooms
This house has very sophisticated bedrooms and bathrooms. I appreciate the architectural beauty of this house. The themed rooms were excellently designed. My wife loved the Solterra resort. It was the most comforting spot for her. It was a good place to stay!

Great kids bedroom
The kids’ bedroom was magnificent; it was all themed up with all the best colors a kid could ever want. The gaming room and movie theatre are out of this world. I would recommend this place for anyone with family or just friends.

Superb place!
We spent a week in this house and I must say, this place is superb. My kids got impelled towards the gaming room. I loved the indoor pool. It was a perfect spot for our family to enjoy. The living room fittings were so astounding. Overall, we had a very comfortable and peaceful stay there.

Very well designed
The staff was so welcoming; they even let us check in at 6:00 AM, we couldn’t wait to see the house. The house is both huge and well designed; the kids’ bedrooms are themed to match kids’ likings. The adult bedroom is just what a couple would want, spacious and a little away from the kids.

very supportive staff
As an architect, I took my team there for a weekend, they really enjoyed themselves. We loved bowling alley there. The staff was also very supportive; they helped us get a unit a little further away from the ongoing construction. They are building more units every day.

Best themed rooms
The kids loved the themed bedrooms; they didn’t want to leave, on departure day they gave quite some trouble. The gaming room also contributed greatly to them not wanting to leave but we promised to bring them back here next year. Truth is, I want to come back too. I would recommend this place any day.

Amazing indoor pool area
This year we wanted to do something different on Christmas. We invited all of our aunts and uncles to this resort for a one-week stay. This exquisitely designed house is a heaven on Earth. The indoor pool was our favorite area. We used to do the swimming race daily. We divided our whole family into two teams of girls and boys and played basketball in the pool. On Christmas Eve, the kids got busy in the gaming room while the adults prepared dinner. It was the best Christmas ever. We had a perfect family time there.

Great swimming pool
My husband met with an accident a few months ago. His knee got fractured and he couldn't walk. After his surgery, he was bedridden for 2 months. I wanted to give him a break from his dull routine. I chose this place for his layoff. He gave a gleeful chuckle on entering this house. The calm ambiance of this place was so relaxing for him. The swimming pool was the perfect spot for us. We used to sit on the chairs and feel the breeze while having wine. It was a delightful experience.

Great House but managed poorly
This is our fifth house renting through this management company. The check-in process was smoother than it has ever been. Upon arriving, we noticed the pool was Dirty with Bottle cap, paper plates, a paper cup, and other debris. It took the full company several days to come out to clean. We had ants and roaches, missing bedding and Noisy neighbors. The situation with the noise was so bad we called the management company several times. They eventually told us to call the local authorities and wash their hands of it. On our second to last day and the only really sunny day The company came out again to clean the pool and dumped a bunch of chemicals in and told us we could not get in for four hours. The management company apologized profusely and did provide a discount, but the overall experience has us rethinking our plans for next year.

Beautiful theme room!
As I drove there I was afraid the kids would be bored but the themed sleeping bunkers changed everything, the kids loved it. The movies’ area, the gaming room, it’s all my kids have ever wanted. The sitting room was also quite spacious and the furniture excellent. My wife could not take enough selfies. The experience was out of this world.
