When we arrived the hotel was called Developer Inn, not Baymont which was our first thought something was not quite right. The lobby and breakfast area had no AC, so it was very warm and uncomfortable. The facilities are dirty, the elevators felt like it would break down at any minute so we ended up dragging our luggage up the staircase instead. We get to our first room and maintenance is working on the lock, only to find the phone doesn't work, the lights don't work, the mini fridge is missing and the security latch on the door was missing, everything was damp including the bedding and there was no soap for the sink. So obviously I go down to the lobby and ask for another room, which after making it clear we are not staying in that room they obliged. Our second room was better but again everything was damp and there was no soap for the sink. My husband and I felt after staying the one night that it would be better if we cancelled our second night and go somewhere else. I do not recommend this location to families and we stayed away from booking anything attached to the Wyndham name.
