This pet-friendly three-bedroom condo is located right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, golf courses, shopping spots and entertainment.
Featuring three bedrooms, this tropical styled condo can host up to 8 guests at a time. There is a large King bedroom with en suite bathroom, and private patio entrance attached. The ensuite bathroom has a soaker tub and large standing shower as well. The second bedroom has a Queen bed (also with a. patio entrance) and the third has a bunk-bed. All the bedrooms have smart TVs with high speed internet access.
You'll love the wicker furniture and tropical style decor! There is a fully equipped kitchen, loaded with high end stainless steel appliances. It has a deep double sink, full sized fridge/freezer combo, and large capacity dishwasher. There's lots of room for cooking on the granite countertops, and plenty of cupboard space to keep your snacks handy! There's even elevated kitchen bar seating for anyone who cares to watch while you're cooking up a masterpiece!
The suite is air conditioned, has in suite laundry machines, and there's a large screened-in furnished patio. There's even free onsite parking and complimentary access to the building amenities! • There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles.
Unit Access:
• As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.

Pet Friendly:
Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 40 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $99 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.
• Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.
• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.
• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.
If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
