The house was very clean, well stocked, and very nicely set up. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and it was great to have towels for that as well. We didn't have time to use the game room, but it is looked like a lot of fun. Furniture was comfortable and it was great for our family to be able to spread out and come together. The binder with all the information was comprehensive and organized.

Relaxing and enjoyable

We have stayed at this property twice already, we love that it’s close enough to the parks yet far away enough that it feels like a proper brake from the crowds and touristy parts There is lots of food options around and grocery stores so you can set up very easy to have a very relaxing time We didn’t use the pool but it looks clean and well maintained The house feels clean and well looked after ant is very well equipped

The owner was very responsive and helpful. The support people nearby were responsive. The pool and pool area were clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious and clean. The garage game room was impressive (we didn't use it b/c of little kids). The pool was warm (we lucked out with warm weather too). The location was an easy 15-20 min drive to Disney and 5 mins to many grocery stores, restaurants, and Walmart. Quiet neighborhood. Overall worked well for our family.

Close to the Disney parks, a bit longer but manageable drive to Universal. Lots of space, very comfortable property with plenty to keep a family occupied on a relaxing non-park day. Showing it’s age and could use an upgrade but nice and clean and a great base for an Orlando visit

Our family and I absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean, quiant and quiet. This home is well-furnished with everything I would need in my own home. The pool/spa and game room was a great bonus. When we visit Orlando again, we will certainly re-book here! Thanks for everything, Andrea!

Great time, even during a hurricane!

We had a wonderful time in Florida! The pool and spa were a great way to relax after a long day at Disney and Universal. Thanks to Hurricane Nicole, we spent more time at the house than initially planned. The video games in the game room and the comfy living area made our time at "home" relaxing and fun! I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks!

Perfect!!

Overall it was just as described, however; upon entering we were met with a dead water bug laying on the floor. Besides that no further bugs, cleaning looked rushed. Pool/hot tub was wonderful, game room perfect, kept everyone entertained. would definitely stay again.
