This family-friendly retreat enjoys a prime location near everything that Orlando, Winter Park, and Baldwin Park have to offer. Discover amazing restaurants and attractions within a short drive, including Lake Druid Dog Park, Harry P Leu Gardens, Orlando Museum Of Art, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, Amway Center, Orlando City Stadium, Universal Studios, Disney World, and Epcot.

The home features some of its original charm but has many of today's modern conveniences. When you enter this air-conditioned gem, you will discover a sunny living room with an extensive sofa right in front of a smart TV with streaming services. This is a wonderful spot to spread out comfortably and spend entertaining evenings streaming your favorite series and movies. The living room opens onto an office space with a sofa and a working desk. The updated kitchen has all the essentials to prepare the most exquisite homemade meals for the crew. When it comes to outdoor living, the home presents you with a beautifully landscaped front and backyard, which are a must-see. The backyard enjoys a deck with seating, a firepit, and water views. Additional perks include two adult bikes and a washer/dryer.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
