Only a few minor issues that didn’t really bother us too much. Overall we would stay again.

Weekend Getaway

1 Lounge chair was broken, the pool must have a leak because it couldn’t keep water in it, and the pool table is not leveled. Overall, nice place.

I loved this house so much!

I didn’t want to leave. The home is spacious and cozy. I wished I had 2 extra days in the homes just to relax and hang on the back patio like my family and I did several times during our stay. Super clean and identical to the pictures. I am looking forward to booking this again soon.

We had a magical time

Our stay was amazing. The property was perfect for our family. The location allows for getting around with ease. The only things that were challenging were getting in and out of the community. It wasn’t clear how to gain access to the codes and thing we needed for the gates, but we eventually figured it out. Also we didn’t have enough towels for the amount of guest we had. Other than that communication was easy with the property managers when we need assistance with things. I definitely want to visit again.

Golf trip

House was as advertised on website. Great location. Nice pool and hot tub. Only issue was sliding glass door kept setting off alarm. Called maintenance and was told they’d be right over and never showed. Called again and no answer. We wound up using other slider to get to patio

Functional

Overall, property was good and functional for our stay. Check in/out was easy, but definitely a rental property. Many small defects that could be easily fixed to make it look nicer: one of the pool lounge chairs was broken (back support), switch covers cracked, carpet stains, refrigerator drawers cracked, air hockey table not functional when we arrived. Also, they don't provide small necessities that are a pain to provide as a traveler. Only one of each of these were provided so you have to bring/buy your own: trash bags per container, toilet paper roll per toilet, paper towel roll, dish soap, laundry detergent (watered down), hand soap. These low value items could be provided that would make stay more convenient, but again property was functional for large groups.
