We arrived checkin was smooth..after that it was not good.The furniture in the game room looks like they got it from the side of the road.The was left over waffles in the waffle maker.The outdoor sunchairs had mildew on them. We found food in the couches.Pool heat is laughable paid 1035 for pool heat for our 21 days had pool heat for 3 days.I was on the phone everyday with the contact and got absolutely no where.He kept saying he was sending his crew and they never showed up.Wifi is terrible.You cant control the Ac as it would be freezing downstairs and hot as heck upstairs.Came home twice to people in our house!Owner messaged and told us a realtor was coming to look at the house..Umm no.Owner said he was gonna refund us for pool heat never did.Hopefully the next guset have a little better experience as myself and my husband literally spent our last day cleaning the house for them because who wants someone to experience what we did.
