This was such a wonderful location. The host was great about communicating and working with us! The facilities were very well maintained and all of the staff were very helpful! It's a great place, especially for families that need a little separation to relax!

The pool facilities were wonderful. My kids had a blast. The property was mostly clean. We had an issue with a mystery brown smudge on a duvet and it was a little dusty overall. One day after coming back from the pool a stranger was in our unit without notice claiming to be the property manager. After phoning the property owner we were able to confirm it was indeed legitimately the manager but it was unsettling to come back and find a stranger in the unit.

Wonderful visit

We were very impressed with everything. The apartment was well stocked, clean, and quiet. Even when the neighbors next door checked in. The pool and restaurant were also top notch.

Awesome respite after park days.

We were impressed with the layout of this home. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out. Having 2 "master" bedrooms and 2 kids rooms was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, and the amenities at the clubhouse were awesome as well. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful townhome

Beautiful gated community that was easy to access. Gorgeous home. Very clean and easy to keep clean with a family of five staying there. Great options nearby to get groceries and then cook in the home. Plenty of space for everyone.

The home was exactly as described, very convenient for a family visiting the area and much more cost friendly than hotels. The resort itself was just ok, my youngest enjoyed the lazy river and water slide however, the arcade room is extremely outdated and several of the machines did not work. There was a mix up during our check in, the front desk clerk put us into the incorrect unit and we're not informed until we were unpacked, this was a slight inconvenience but luckily I was contacted about the error before we got too settled in. Overall I thought this was excellent value and would stay here again. Our host Linda was very responsive and provided accurate information.

Such a great place!

We truly didn’t want to leave. First let me say the condo was absolutely spotless. The beds were so comfortable and the set up worked great for my 9 yr old son and 11 year old daughter getting to have their own rooms on separate floors. The beds were so comfortable and having TVs in each room was great. The pool area was a dream come true- truly a resort and vacation on its own.The weather was perfect in April and we spent a ton of our time there.The location was nice, lots of restaurants and convenient shopping, and away from the crazy traffic right next to the theme parks. So happy

A Good Stay

The house is nice-our GPS kept taking us to the wrong street so finding it initially was tricky. The house was nice, quiet neighborhood, and we all felt safe. Close to a lot of the fun things. Would stay again!

Beautiful townhouse!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was neat and clean. Living area was a little small if we would have had 8 people but each room had a tv so people could watch tv in their own room if needed. For 5 of us it was perfect. We would definitely come back again!

5 Star Stay!!

This place is great! My 3rd time staying here. It really is a great price for what you get. Neighborhood and pool area is nice and stores/food very conveniently located. Beds are comfortable and the home is updated and in good condition. Linda is great to work with, I look for her places as she owns one other property in the development. Only complaint is it is a bit of drive to anything. Traffic has gotten worse over the years so it takes longer to get to the parks or to the beach. Just plan accordingly, with traffic it’s about 1 hour to attractions and the beaches on the golf side is about 2-2.5 hours. The beaches on the Atlantic are a bit closer, but to me they aren’t as nice.

House was very nice

We had a good time. The house was exactly like the pictures. We didnt have any issues and Linda was straightforward with every process of checking in/out. The community pool was a long walk but we didnt mind, it was quieter at the location of the house.

We LOVED the house!!!

The house was awesome!!! Perfect for our trip and plenty of space for our family of 6. There was so much room. Very spacious. The pool amenities were so nice to have as well. We really enjoyed it. It was everything we had hoped for. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Everything You Need

The house was what was described online. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet at night after long days at the parks. Check in went smoothly and we enjoyed the pools on our down days. It was a bit of a drive to Disney and the other theme parks we went to but not a deal breaker. As a plus Linda was fantastic to deal with!

‘25 April All Parks Vacation

We are a family of seven so using a VRBO rental for us is practical. The listing is as described and the host was great, very communicative, and the instructions were very clear for the check-in/check-out process. We used the amenities on check-in day and on our “rest” day. There were a few draw backs which was the distance to the parks, esp with that FL traffic but we made do. The house was clean but like surface level clean, there was still debris on the floors but we just swept it up. The air does not go past 72 and it was a VERY hot week, most nights we just slept with a sheet and the box fan on blast. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Kids loved the pool

The club house and pool are awesome. The house has plenty of room it was eight of us. The beds are all comfy, king bed sheets kept coming off to small. The place was real basic, the only soap was 3 little bars in bathrooms . The AC stopped working Saturday night no one could come until Monday morning so that was awful thankfully the pool was fun .

Nice place

Overall the Property was nice. Master beadroom bed was a little too soft resulting in not good sleep. Others did not complain. Master Bathroom was nice it just needs a safety bar in shower because of the depth of the tub. Table size and seating did not allow for my family to sit together for dinner so some had to sit in the living room which was close by Overall we were pleased with the home. Thank you.

Nice gated community

This is a cute house and was pretty clean. The only thing I noticed that could’ve used some extra attention was around the windows and back door way but it was not terrible. Only 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 garbage bag were provided. This was an easy fix as we just bought a small bag of tablets, small package of TP ,since we were staying a week and a small box of Walmart garbage bags. The only 2 things I would say were annoying and was of no fault of Linda was that since this is a gated community whenever we would DoorDash after about 9pm we would get a text from the dasher they could not get in as there was no one at the gate. The number to call the front desk is a process to get through and our driver ended up waiting quite a while sometimes. This happened multiple times during our stay. The other thing is more of an issue with regal palms, the pool area is not watched very well and starting on Friday until Sunday there were some very wild kids in the pool and I ended saying something to them as they were huge kids rough housing and wrestling next to me and my little girl. I think the resort should handle this kind of behavior properly. Linda was great, always answer all of my texts and was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed with my 6 children ages 8, 16, 17, 18,18,18 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The space was very comfortable, beds were comfy and fans are provided since the ac cannot be turned below 72.

Decent Disney Stay--Some Concerns

Good value overall. Check in a bit annoying, but as described. Fee required and bracelet pick up from main building even without use, but open 24-7. Neighborhood nice. Quiet. Overall surface clean for a rental--BUT aged carpet, dust along shower tile top, SEVERELY mildewed shower curtains (please change those), stained towels, food wrappers in kids' room, and a used contact lens on the edge of toilet (sill there probably), and worst of all caked yellow urine on the downstairs toilet bowl--while wrapped in a sanitation seal. That was really gross. Those are cleaning issues that can be resolved. Otherwise, this house had ok space, decent decor, stocked kitchen, and overall comfortable place to crash & get up the next day to Disney all over again. I will say it was warm--even on cool nights, so I'm wondering if it bakes in the summer? Ok for winter. We did not contact about these cleaning issues--should not have to do that. Prefer just to vacation on vacation. Hopefully the manager corrects for the next person. For the price, it is ok. We'll probably look for a better option next time but it worked enough this time--if I block the cleaning memories.

Nice Property

The place and the neighborhood were great. The owner was easy to reach when we had a door lock issue and she helped us immediately! The house was very clean and had most all that we needed. It was roomy and perfect for us. Everything was very well spelled out in the listing and the correspondence with the owner. There were no big surprises. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 were the lack of some basic things. While I knew there would be no xtra toilet paper and paper towels, laundry or dishwasher stuff or bathroom basics (body wash, shampoo) I think some of that should be supplied (and has been in other rentals I've had). At least a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper, a couple pods for the dishwasher and Trash Bags. Those are things you can't usually buy in small quantities when you're there and it's a waste of money to buy 6 rolls of toilet paper when you're only going to use 2 or 3 and a Box of Trash Bags (Which was required per the note on the trash can outside.."no loose trash or small grocery bags of trash") - which I didn't notice until the 2nd day. (that actually was a surprise). And a couple dishwasher pods - I didn't buy so we handwashed dishes - which I don't believe gets dishes disinfected but I wasn't going to buy more basic supplies. I'm assuming most people buy some of this stuff and leave what they don't use as we did (that should be left for next guests) That was my only complaint but the place was very nice and comfortable
