Great experience for college softball team!

This property was clean, spacious and very easy to get to! Security was great and property management was always available to speak to. We accommodated 20 guests comfortably and were able to host a small dinner with extra guests one night.

Wonderful Champions Gate Rental

This was a wonderful rental! The home is located in a Champions Gate neighborhood and is extremely close to I-4, multiple grocery and restaurant options along with fuel and pharmacies. The property management is top notch and uses a text/email system to communicate quickly with renters. The home is well cared for, stocked with plenty of dishes/cookware and the pool area is well maintained. For anyone traveling with mobility issues, there are 2 king sized bedrooms on the first floor. This was a VERY last minute rental for a large family group..and we felt very comfortable in this home!

Bachelorette weekend stay

I booked their champions gate home for my bachelorette weekend. There was a total of 10 girls and we all for comfortably! The house was relatively clean. The master bathroom had left over garbage in the trash and one of the bed’s sheets needed to be washed as we found yellow stains on them. We brought our own towels to minimize the usage of the provided towels (we wanted our full deposit back). The fire alarm went off during our stay and a tech came out to check to make sure everything was okay (the batteries were low causing the alarm to be extra sensitive) The only 2 cons were - not having enough toilet paper in the house for the number of guests the house accommodates. Each bathroom had a used roll and only 1 extra roll in the entire house, we needed to buy more. The other con was that the house gets very hot and we were not permitted to turn the AC down below 72. None of the rooms have fans, so my guests were very hot throughout the night. Other than that, we had a great experience and would book again if the occasion arose.

Don’t book if u have an event with more than 10 ppl coming. When u boing it says party allow that’s a lie and they keep taking money out of my account. Stay away from this property.

Walked into a waterfall in the lounge

As a previous renter said there was a leak in the ceiling reported by them 8 days before we arrived, on trying to call Wonder Vacation Homes on the evening we arrived, they were no help what so ever, it took another two days for it to be fixed, but no attempt to fix the hole in the ceiling. They would not call us back and emails were ignored, they are a terrible management company, this house looks great on the photos but has minimal fittings, cracked tiles in the games room, which my granddaughter cut her foot, some one came and taped one area up but left multiple cracks. There is no games console which is advertised, that’s an extra payment, over $100 for 10 days, rip off, the spa reported broken weeks previously still not fixed, a broken chair in the lounge, black scuff marks all over the walls, an expired home licence, a broken table top ironing board for 23 people was a joke, I paid $28 just so we could iron our clothes properly. The pool furniture brought inside to protect it from the hurricane 4 days earlier was strewn about the lounge and games room, which we had to put back, all the cushions were filthy. The fridge had a code to change the filter which meant we could not use the chilled water or ice. Considering this home is only 2 years old it’s in desperate need of a makeover, the management company completely ignored all our requests. A disgusting useless company, please be aware before booking this home.
