Very pleasant

Love everything but the dust under the beds. Customer service was very fast on their response to every question I had. Karina especially help me whenever I asked.

35 day vacation

I like the layout of the condo but the bed and sofa were not confortable. Windsor Hills resort is truly a beautiful place for families We enjoyed our time

Family holiday

Great week. Close to Disney and Universal Studios. Great water park and pool area. Overall a great place to stay. We would recommend to family and friends visiting the area.

Great for a family

The condo was clean, decor a bit dated... but no big deal. On our first night we realized one of the tubs was draining extremely slowly, so much that it took over an hour to drain. Reached out to property manager and no one ever came to fix the drain...we were there 7 days. Disappointing and inconvenient.

Dissatisfaction with Condo

First, we had issues at the gate, which delayed us coming in, which the manager promised us a credit of $50 yet to be received. As for the condo itself, it is advertised to accommodate 6 people, but dishes and kitchen utensils are very limited, to the point where we had to hand wash dishes every meal. Not enough to use dishwasher. Also this particular unit being on the ground floor has air conditioning units right by the bedroom window, and some of them rattle quite loudly waking people up every 20 minutes. Air conditioning were also so loud we were unable to use the sitting area. The mattress in the mattress needs to be replaced due to major indents in mattress. Overall it was very disappointing encountering all of these issues, for the price we paid. We hope you can compensate to our satisfaction. None of these points were noted when we rented this unit.

Clean and safe property

This property was clean and safe. The condo could use some updating; mattresses terribly uncomfortable, needs new carpeting, bathroom/tub, older appliances need updated etc. The people above us (not sure if they were guests or residents) were extremely loud at nighttime and early a.m. The pool area was beautiful except the water was freezing, and because of that we chose to spend time at other resorts during our stay. The condo was spacious, the TVs worked great, and the washer and dryer were very nice to have. The fitness room needs some hand weights, and could be a little bigger, it was quite crowded in the morning each day. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay. All of my items in this review are very fixable to make this the perfect place.

Horrible Beds

Nice community pool (byo towel). Nice condo. Relatively clean. HORRIBLE BEDS. I sleep in the master king. Probably would have slept better on the floor. Every move I made in the bed was loudly announced by the springs. My parents slept in the other king. They said the same thing. Every morning we did group stretches to ease the pain brought on by the horrible beds. I’d read another review about the horrible beds but it was just one so I figured it was an isolated concern. IT WAS NOT. If they updated the beds, I’d return. If not, I’ll find somewhere else to stay.

Great location for Disney visit.

The condo was the perfect size and location worked out well. Few complaints about the unit: Toilet seat was missing a bolt. Refrigerator leaked water from the freezer. Biggest issue were the beds which were very old and uncomfortable .

Overall good with some exceptions

The property was clean and the unit itself was nice, roomy and pleasant. Overall, the unit was as described along with the property. The exceptions.. Hit a bump checking in as there was an additional email that was supposed to be signed, which was not stated anywhere that there will be any additional paperwork required.... And this is a big one for me... The property staff that works at the clubshouse, especially the several ladies who pass out the wristbands for the pool area, should be retrained on customer service pleasantries and kindness. While waiting to be registered, several guests had basic questions, and you can tell that those ladies were getting really annoyed by the same questions that keep getting asked. Which if you are working at a place that has nothing but tourist that register everyday new, you should have some understanding about that. Or simply... Choose elsewhere to work.

Find another place. The property management company is non responsive and rude.

One of the worst properties I have ever stayed at. There was mold in shower and on curtain, the master bathroom sink would not drain. It was filled with water on day one and sent email to property manager, called three different times, sent 2 other emails. They were rude and said they receive 1,000s of emails and calls a day. Each time I spoke to them they said a plumber would be out, a plumber finally came the day before we checked out! So no bathroom sink the entire stay. No bedding provided for the fold out sofa. The ceiling fans only ran on low. The air conditioner did not work properly. It was hot!! We had to go purchase box fans. There is a box outside door to place trash in. They never emptied it once. We were there Saturday through Thursday. There was construction on units right by the one we stayed out so there was no parking near the unit and loud noises and workers all around. The front gate workers were extremely unfriendly. The only positive I can say is the pool was nice and the location to Disney was good.

Great place for a family Disney vacation

Great location to Disney attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The resort's pool, splash, pad, and playground were added bonuses. The condo was stocked with enough basic kitchen utensils/pots/pans to prepare and eat meals. The condo's umbrella stroller, beach toys, beach blanket, and 2 beach towels were helpful. The washer and dryer also came in handy.

The condo was nice and full of amenities…building under construction.

While the condo was nice and full of amenities, it would have been helpful to know in advance that the building is under construction. We had a challenging time accessing the building as most entrances were blocked off. Construction materials continued to fall off the roof and my 14 yo daughter was almost hit by falling debris. I understand the construction schedule is not the property owners responsibility, but it would have been nice to know in advance.

Great place

The condo was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Great price for the size and the anemeties. At the end of our day we could all go into our own rooms for some space to relax. Most importantly to me, it was extremely clean!! I was very comfortable having my family stay there.

Close to Disney, Shopping and Food

This place was so relaxing! It was so close to Disney; a Wal-mart is 0.9 of a mile away. It was the last building on the road so there wasn't traffic in the road. We had us, kids and my mother, plenty of room for all of us.

Great location to Disney

Overall this property fit our needs. It was a short drive from Disney and in a gate community. There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed that’s the reason for my 4 stars. I absolutely loved the Google chrome cast on every tv. I was able to steam straight from my phone to any tv in the condo and I really loved that.

Absolutely appalling mess of a room. No one answered to come and fix the issues. Let’s just say the sheets were soaked in the previous customers blood and they rented it out to us like that. Never again will I use vrbo or vacasa rentals

Not as expected

The stove had only one working burner which was crooked and the smallest one. Kids bedroom has bed pushed up against closet wall - so closet is unusable in this room. This room would not fit two twins any other way but blocking off the closet is ridiculous and meant kids clothes and suitcases were everywhere all week. Basic cleaning was done but clothing tags and such were still on the floor in master closet. Shower in second bedroom had moldy shower curtain in spaces and sections of shower floor. Absolutely no amenities were provided while our friends had a near by unit that was stocked with coffee filters, toilet paper, spices, general items to get started. This unit had nothing - although we didn’t expect much and it wasn’t provided on the check in list, it would have been nice to have a few essentials to start us We had 4-6 plates maximum, no cookie sheet, limited pots and pans. Couldn’t have cooked in anyway due to only one of 3 burners working and it was lop sided. Not a fault of this unit, but I’m general this complex is cheaply made with thin walls between units. Did not enjoy the check in process either. Too many steps. Booked on vrbo but then communicated via Vacasa. Also got documents from Dwell days prior having to provided names of all guests for parking passes. Then day prior received unit code to unlock. Could barely keep track of all the points of contacts. Would not rent here again. Teenage kids did enjoy the pool and water slide.

Resort AmenitieGreat For Families!!!

The large resort-style pool and splash pad area were extremely fun for families. The pool depth was about 3 feet in most places which made it very accessible for younger kids. Temperature was warm and inviting. Our three kids between 8-11 years old loved all the activities on the spalsh pad, especially the two slides and the "dump" bucket. Hard to get them to leave. The condo itself was spacious and clean. But some of the condo amenities need to be replaced. Coffee mugs were very small and worn looking. There was no laundry detergent provided, so I couldn't get the sheets and towels started on check out day.

Very nice unit

Great place, amenities, and location

The property was excellent as was the location. The pool and water park were wonderful for the kids and adults. Only issues: people above condo were very noisy every night; drier takes HOURS to dry any clothing; washer/drier left spots all-over clothing (ruined every shirt put into it). Otherwise, everything was excellent and the condo was beautiful and spacious.
