    ** For safety reasons, a BBQ Grill is not kept onsite. However, we will gladly help you rent a BBQ Grill from a professional company. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other equipment rental is also available upon request.
    **Covid-19 update: Per legal requirement (Governor Desantis Executive Order) you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.

Nice area

I love this property!! Is on a nice area closed to a lot off fast food and restaurants. Nice State park like 10min from the property. The house was very clean and got everything we need to have a great vacation. The pool was nice and warm with a lot off privacy. Disney is like 25min and outlets stores are like 35. Most important thing was the host was very nice person answer all my question quit.

Great time.

The property, communication and management was great. Only 10 miles to Disney but takes Around 30 minutes to Get there due to traffic in the area. The neighborhood was okay. The property was above average, clean, nicely decorated and the management staff was great. Easy to communicate with and got back to me real fast on any questions I had. I’d rather stay in this property than staying at a hotel.

Relaxing stay in Four Corners

We stayed here 27 days and enjoyed what the area had to offer along with the solitude of the location of our unit. The advertising for the units in Serenity need to be updated for sure. It is advertised as “New” but is far from this. The units were built in 2007 and they definitely need some TLC. The couch in ours was the same one from 2007, and I have seen cleaner couches in fraternity houses. It was awful. Dirty, torn, uncomfortable, and the pillows stank. The rest of the furniture was ok. The mattresses were very cheap, but somehow we had great nights sleep here. The owners were very quick to address any issues we had and we truly did enjoy our stay here. We will definitely stay again in the area. The complex was very nice and taken care of. The WiFi was awful, it looked like most in the complex was experiencing the same with phone and WiFi service.

6 week stay

My wife and I stayed at this property for 6 weeks this past winter so I have a lot to say about the condo. First the positives. Emily is a great host and was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The check in and check out process was smooth as silk. The condo is located at the very back of a large subdivision and has a lot of privacy and nice surroundings. Lots of wildlife when we would walk around such as alligators, turtles, raccoons, armadillos, rabbits etc. The pool area is very nice and the pool works great. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were good. the bathrooms were all very clean and nice. The televisions are good size and come with a good cable package. The AC and heat both work well. Good size bedrooms and living area. Very nice balcony over the pool area off the main bedroom. Now for areas that need improvement. The carpeting is very old and has a ton of stains and really needs to be replaced. The couch has a big tear in it and the dining room table chairs all have rips and tears. Also the beds could us a blanket on them as well as the thin comforter that is there.

Worked ok for us

We arrived very late after flight delays. The door code we were given did not work, and we could not use the VRBO contact without WiFi. After a half hour, the host responded to an email and we tried a few codes before accessing the property. This was the only issue we had during our stay, but it was indeed frustrating after an extremely long day of travel. The townhouse is not "brand new" as in the description. The carpet is very old and stained. We found the home to be adequately clean, other than baseboards. The front door is not very welcoming, needs to be thoroughly washed, and the presence of a filthy trash can, which had not been emptied, was a turn off. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the fact that this unit is at the end of the development. The community pool is nice. Be aware that the private pool at this property is extremely small..perhaps 8-10’ square and no more than 3’ deep. It was heated and fine for the 2 of us. The lanai is also very small, but we enjoyed spending most of our time there. Cushions, only two, were soiled and in need of replacement. The sofa in the living room needs to be cleaned. We did inform the host that silverware and glasses were in short supply. 2 water glasses, 1 teaspoon?? Everything else was adequate for our stay, but a family might have to reconsider. All in all, it served our needs. I would most likely be more selective if I visit the area again.

Disney vacation

Had a small mishap excessing the property, our code didn’t work and had to wait for another code to be sent to me. Took about 15 minutes to fix this problem. Wasn’t a big deal. This property was very clean! The pool was heated and felt great. The hot water didn’t last long in the showers, had to wait a while after showering before someone else could shower. Otherwise this was a great stay! And affordable. Would recommend this property. Not far from Disney about 30 minutes with traffic. 1hr 45min to cocoa beach. Excellent condo.

Great Property

We very much enjoyed our stay, however there were a few minor things that were frustrating (smoke detectors chirping the first night, broken coffee pot, door lock battery was beeping, but the battery/smoke detector situation got handled very quickly the next morning). Overall, it was a great week in Florida!!

6 star Stay

This is a gorgeous property in a quiet community only about 25 minutes from Disney. Only minutes from pretty much any restaurant your heart could desire. The pool area is a perfect place to relax and cool down.
