Guest Access:
Guests can access all of the houses except the locked owner's closet by the garage door.

Access to the Club House from 9 am to 6 pm. Private swimming pools at the back from 8am to 7pm.

Not good for familes

False advertisement. She advertised foosball, air hockey, ps5, pool table. Foosball table broken, airhockey had no puck, ps5 was not even there. Floors were so dirty, so dirty like they never been cleaned. Some rooms had dirty towels & sheets. All furniture was broken. Owner did not care when these issues were brought to her attention. It was pulling teeth and she tried to put the blame on us. Staff would use code and just enter the house without knocking and take things like towels & sheets. Pots & pans were so run down we couldnt even use them. She refused to service pool with 22 total bodies. It was by far the worst rental i have ever rented. We also had the upstairs AC go out around 4pm. And instead of sending someone to fix it we had to sleep in 92 degrees until the next morning someone came to what was a simple easy fix. My family and i had no choice but to make the best of this situation. Too many of us to pack up and leave. She should not be allowed to be on vrbo ever. Very disappointed. Most likely wont use vrbo for a while. 😢
