Perched on a small hill, this south-facing villa offers added privacy with no rear neighbors, plenty of sunshine, and relaxing views. Thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped, it’s designed to feel like your home away from home.

-Master Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed, sofa bed, en-suite with bathtub, shower, dual vanity & separate toilet
-Queen Bedroom (Downstairs): Full bathroom with direct pool access
-2 Twin Bedrooms (Upstairs): Each with 2 twin beds, sharing a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom

Roku TVs in all bedrooms and the family room

Living Areas:
-Main family room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system
-Additional front sitting area and formal dining room (seats 6 guests)
-Fully equipped kitchen with full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice/water dispenser,

Legacy Park is a quiet, gated community with a mix of vacation homes and permanent residents. Ideally situated near US Hwy 192 and close to:
-Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Orlando’s top attractions
-Restaurants, supermarkets, and outlet shopping
-Easy access  to I-4, US-27, and other major highways

-Washer & dryer in laundry room (upstairs)
-Parking available on driveway (fits 2 cars) and in the community

⚠️ Important Notes
Pool/Spa Heating are optional and not included in nightly rate, costs are $ 35 per day

🔑 Good to Know
The house is Self-Catering but we provide a starter kit with essentials:
*1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
*1 paper towel roll
*2 trash bags
*2 laundry pods
*2 dishwasher pods
*1 small bottle of dish detergent
*1 small hand soap per bathroom

-Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase: paper products, soaps, detergent, coffee, filters, etc.
-Daily maid service is not included. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay.

Trash Disposal:
-Please place trash in tied bags only. Trash is picked up once per week and bins are put curbside and
back by a member of the community

We don't have a BBQ available but we'll provide you with addresses for rental companies.

🚫 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
-No Smoking: $350 + tax cleaning fee will be charged if violated
-No Pets Allowed: Same fee applies if violated; immediate eviction without refund
-No Parties or Events
-Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests
-Lead guest must be present during the entire stay
-Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially early morning and late evening

Failure to follow these rules will result in eviction without refund. We reserve the right to seek damages exceeding insurance coverage if necessary.
