Bad property manager

The house conditions were terrible and dirty. Never got a chance to talk on the telephone with the property manager.

Disappointing

This property gives the appearance that it is rented out to large parties continuously, with only as needed maintenance. Pros: Large space ideal for large groups, plenty of bedrooms and good variety of bed sizes. The basics are clean (bathroom, counters, kitchen). We enjoyed both the community and backyard pools. We had a few issues (broken dishwasher and smoke detector) that we contacted the property manager about and they responded within a few hours via email. They sent maintenance out within a few hours each time. Property management cannot be reached by phone. Cons: Nearly everything in this house is broken, damaged, or dirty. The walls and headboards are dirty. Sheets are stained. TV and ceiling fan remotes are broken or need batteries. Some door handles were broken, one fell off during our stay. Coffee table and kitchen chairs are very wobbly. Washing machine left residue on our clothes. Only one bath towel per person, two small dish towels, one wash cloth per bathroom. No towel or bathmat for the showers. No trundle under the bunk bed as shown in pictures. Dishwasher was clearly broken for a long time prior to us contacting management to get it fixed. If we contacted management about everything that needed to be fixed, it would have taken our whole vacation.
