Perfect family vacation

2nd time at this resort. Our kids love all the amenities. The property was impeccable and spacious. The private pool is a plus for days when we didn’t feel like going to the resort. Kitchen has everything to eat in. Towels for the pool, everything was on site which made everything easy. We’ll be back for sure!

Vacasa is AWFUL!

We have used VRBO for ten years and booking with Vacasa has been the worst exeperience we've ever had. The pool chairs were moldy, the description said tennis courts.and there were none. We paid for pool heat and it didnt work. They lied and said it was on and we had pictures proving so. We asked for a refund for the days wr paid for and didnt have heat and they said no. We contacted better business bureau and they refunded us 4 days but lied to the better business bureau they refunded us 7 days. Many people at the resort said they had awful experiences with Vacasa as well. Do not book with them! They're awful! andthere were none,
