Beautiful home but….

The home is beautiful and it was very clean. The problem was we were told it was a 10 bedroom plus a game room but when we got down there, it was actually nine bedrooms plus a game room so we had people that didn’t have beds. The pool turned green a few days before we left and nobody ever showed up to fix it. We were told that we would get a refund review but never heard anything about that. Overall, I would still give it a good review because the house is beautiful and the location is perfect.. check in was a little problem as well because you can’t find a gate to check in and when we did find a gate, they wouldn’t give us a scan and go thing we just had to keep pushing the button every time we came in and out.

House was nice the kids enjoyed it the Spider-Man room and games only bad thing was the wall paper was new some of the wall paper I had to keep rubbing it because it kept coming down and in the star war room wall paper coming down also the gaming chairs were new and who ever put them together didn’t tighten the bolt and they were coming out I had to go buy tool set to tighten the chair didn’t want them to think we broke them The dryer didn’t dry out cloth had them in there over a hour and still wasn’t dry Down stairs Ac wasn’t working after 5 hour Ac guy came out a put new thermostat in we end up buying a fan other than that beautiful house. We did take pictures oh the items that were damaged I just think someone should have inspected the house before renting it out especially the Ac
