5 * Family Disney Vacation

Our family of 9 were very pleased with our stay at Emerald Island. The property is well maintained. The house was perfect as the house was played out to give us all plenty of space. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking & serving items. The grandkids loved the pool area as the adults enjoyed the covered patio area. This property is very convient to all Disney properties. We highly recommend staying here.

The property was lovely, as was the Emerald Isle site. Correspondence with Kieran was very good. When we had a small issue it was resolved immediately. The house is extremely well stocked. The pool was lovely, but we didn't really get to use it because we were too busy. We enjoyed the air hockey in the cinema room, but never managed to work out how to play any films.We would stay here again and would recommend it to any friends. Thank you Kieran!

Disney Family Vacation w Adult Kids

This property was fantastic! Large bedrooms. Separate dining and sitting area, Family room sectional with TV and the garage is converted movie room. Plenty of seating on covered patio. Pool and hottub worked great. Small issue with storms tripping the pool filter, but property management was fantastic all week and had someone out right away. Proximity to stores, restaurants was helpful. And less than 20minutes to each park!! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Property!

This home was a nice reprieve from the park attractions. It is in a very well-kept and quiet development. The house was very clean, organized and spacious and there were so many places to sit and relax. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked we were able to prepare meals easily. We really enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing by the pool. The property management was excellent and any question I sent was immediately answered no matter what day or time. This was extremely appreciated. Renting this home was a wonderful experience!

We stayed with 10 adults and 2 kids. The property was excellent. Each family had their own space and plenty of room for us to gather as well. We enjoyed the nature trail and a round of put put golf

Awesome trip even during a hurricane!

The home was wonderful & overall communication was great with the property management! Hurricane Milton caused some hiccups and there was good communication about that as well as letting us know we could extend our stay, if necessary (which we did)! Our family just kept saying they would definitely come back to this home!

Family Vacation

We stayed at this property from November 10-19, 2023 and it was exactly as listed. Fully equipped for our family vacation of nine (9) and the heated pool was worth every cent. It was a very quiet and enjoyable stay just minutes away from all of the attractions and amenities. Great value!

The perfect House

This place was amazing the grandkids 6 and 8 had a blast at Disney all week. The pool here was a huge success and the game room and movie room was used every night. I would definitely recommend this house

Family Christmas Vacation

This home is located in a beautiful gated community of like homes. Six adults stayed at this home 12 days during Christmas holidays. It was charmingly decorated with Disney theme accents. We had no children in our group, but it is perfect for families with children as well as adults. Everything you could possibly need to cook and serve a big holiday dinner was available in the spacious kitchen. The only issue we had was with the hot tub jets not working, but the host was responsive when we contacted him about it. It is only minutes to Disney, Universal and many other attractions. I would consider it again, and I would recommend it to other groups of up to 12.

We loved this house!! Wonderful experience, we utilized the entire house with our party of 6. We will definitely stay here again! We had some sewer gas smell in the house the third day that was pretty awful but seemed to resolve itself over time. That’s the only negative thing.

Orlando summer stay

We stayed at this property for 5 days. The house was clean and just about every essential was available. This property was close to everything. We have 5 children from 7-15. There was enough space for everyone including their own personal bathrooms. We were 20-30 mins away from all attractions. And the property itself is near plenty of restaurants as well as retail and grocery stores. I’ll definitely be staying again!

Great Home for Family Vacation

The home is in a good location, near many restaurants and shops and only a short ride to Disney Parks and a bit longer to Universal although drive times can be longer with the traffic. Everything was clean and we were able to check-in early. There was some confusion about what was needed to receive the access code, so make sure you sign the contract, send a picture of your diver license and have a credit card of file before you go. I had to deal with that the day before we left and it was a bit stressful. Other than that, the house was great - had everything you need. Note that you do need to ay $20 per car at the clubhouse when you arrive to get your pass to get in and out of the gates.

Get Trip Insurance

The management company is tough to deal with. You'll never actually speak to Kieran O'Brian who is listed as the manager. You will get stuck talking to some secretary. The star wars room is a converted garage, its hot and humid, and very dingy. In the event of a hurricane they will not refund you the remainder of your stay if you choose to leave for safety reasons. Get trip insurance.
