Need a good house cleaning inside

The pool was dirty. This is the home that had bed bugs. My family took upon themselves to clean this house while they stayed. They cleaned the pool. The living room set looked nothing like the picture. My family exterminated the house. The bedroom sets in the house were dusty. My family had to wipe down furniture. This house needs new furniture and a good cleaning. sanitize this house asap

Horrible

This place is NOT what is advertised! No front on stove, pool was cold for 3 days, roof leaked upstairs, pool table was terrible and pool cues did not have any tips. A true disappointment for us! DO NOT rent this home and no one will help you if you need it. We rented a stroller, high chair etc and NEVER received any of them! Less than 1 star but would t let me do less

Cleanliness

The picture posted was different then what was at the house. Different furnishings and the bar only had 1 bar stool. The floor in the kitchen was extremely sticky. We spent 3 hours cleaning. The jacuzzi wasn't full and wasn't working. There was cake on the table and the table was not cleaned. Thank God we had Disney!
