Cheer Worlds

The address listed on VRBO when booked was different from the address provided on the day of check in as was the pics and info provided when I was looking at properties. The screen on in the patio area was severely torn in multiple areas allowing bugs to get into the area. The back door was also broken. The host did respond, but didn’t address the question of the different address and accommodations.

Great place. 2435 house.

We had a great stay for spring break. The house was clean. The beds were surprisingly comfort stable despite having very thin mattresses. Everything we needed was there. Check in was easy. Thanks a bunch.

False Advertisement

The couch was dirty, only 2 of 7 tv’s were smart tv’s. The sink in 2 bathrooms clogged after every use. The couch in the loft was unkempt and sinked in. No games was found in the house. The only thing good was the location of the house. I would not recommend this house.

Great location

It was the perfect size for our family and the kids loved playing in the pool. Could have had more cooking pans, but we made it work.

Nice place. Could use some upgrades. Would stay again!

Very nice. Spacious. Needs a good cleaning (like bathroom vents and under couch cushions), a few repairs and paint on stairs and doors. Great price. Clubhouse and lazy river were the best. Perfect location. Clean towels and bedding. Huge kitchen area. Nice neighborhood.

Worst and dirtiest rental ever - from floors to bedding

Potential is there but this place was so filthy that we had to go out and buy cleaning products, new towels and linens for all bdrms and skillets, mixing bowls and towels for kitchen. Mattresses are cheapest possible and downstairs was a full on queen base Feet black after walking on floor for a few minutes and mop in unit was black. Walls, windows, mirrors filthy and I can’t believe anyone would put their infant in that disgusting crib. Baseboards and corners have thick dust. Couches are sinking in and I seriously doubt you could use the one upstairs for a bed for anyone. I can live with chipped or second hand furniture but I draw the line at cleanliness and a place being maintained. No lights near garage even to see to get in and out. Stains on bedding. We spent over $400 on day 1 for new linens, towels, etc and that is not for food and toilet paper. That is for stuff we shouldn’t have had to worry about. Also they have a sign that asks guest to wash the towels??? What?? I don’t want to trust a previous guest to wash towels that I am not using for dishes or my face. What are they paying the cleaning service for? Pool was small but heated and is the only thing good right now about this property. Too bad. It has tons of potential.
