Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

A third bedroom includes a queen bed, while a Mickey-themed bedroom with two single beds gives younger guests a fun space to settle in. The family room adds flexibility with a queen-sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, allowing the home to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably.

The family room and all bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, giving you access to a range of streaming options. An air-conditioned game room brings everyone together with its 65 inch HDTV, pool table, arcade games, air hockey, and board games suited for many ages. A dedicated workspace and fast wifi support remote work or school needs.

The kitchen includes the essentials needed to prepare meals, along with multiple coffee maker options and a dining table for gathering.
