My family absolutely loved this house. It was very clean, very large and very beautiful! The pool was perfect!!! What is shown in the pictures are true to the home! I will definitely rent this home on my next visit Florida

Best Family House/Property Ever

There were 21 of us and there was something for everyone! Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room for all of us to prepare meals together. The private pool/hot tub was used by everyone in our group. The game room and home theatre was especially enjoyed by the older kids. Our host, Alan, was great to deal with! Even though we did take in some Disney parks a couple of days, we would have been 100% happy to simply stay at the house and make use of the resort’s facilities. We will definitely be back!

Kids spring break getter away!!

We really had a great time at this property!! Allan chen was a great host , but was a little slow on communicating our departure... The reason I gave the cleanliness a four star, when we arrive the trash was still there from last visitor... The refrigerator leaked water on floor..so we had to keep towels in front of it... it needed to be defrost!!The carpet was dirty and smelling need to be cleaned and you definitely need to require more towels and washcloths and if anything more, toilet paper and trash bags for that size of housing and price!! But overall we made it happen and had a great time thanks!!
