Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The fenced backyard offers space to stretch out with coffee, while inside, skylights above the staircase brighten the living spaces. Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 14 guests across five bedrooms and nine beds, along with a queen sofa bed in the family room. The first-floor master ensuite features a king bed, a standalone shower, a large soaking bathtub, and sliding doors leading directly to the pool area. A second ensuite bedroom on the upper floor also includes a king bed. The additional bedrooms provide two queen beds, two single beds in a themed room, and one full bed with one twin bed. Each bedroom includes a smart TV and ceiling fan, while the family room offers a sectional with a queen sofa bed and a smart TV.

Indoor living
Several living areas allow your group to spread out comfortably. A quiet room with a door provides a dedicated workspace, ideal when you need a moment of focus. The air-conditioned game room adds lively entertainment with a pool table, arcade games, and board games. A children’s playroom with books, toys, and family games creates a space designed for younger guests, while life size games and themed spaces add a playful touch. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades support a comfortable stay throughout the home.

Just outside the sliding doors, the private backyard offers a fully fenced setting with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area. The private outdoor pool and spa are available all year, creating a relaxing place to spend time together. The pool and spa are available all year and can be heated for an additional cost. A private BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are available for outdoor cooking, and a half bath opens directly to the pool area for added convenience.

The home includes Wifi, Ethernet connection, and a 65 inch HDTV with standard cable and multiple streaming services for entertainment. Exercise equipment adds another way to stay active during your visit. Families will find helpful features including a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children’s dinnerware, baby safety gates, and children’s books and toys across multiple age groups. A private entrance, free washer and dryer in unit, and self check-in with a keypad make arrival and day-to-day routines simple. Exterior security cameras on property face outward for safety.

Located in the Orlando area, the home offers convenient proximity to major attractions, parks, golf courses, and shopping. Guests also have lake access through a nearby path or dock, along with free resort access and a shared gym nearby.

Free driveway parking on premises is available for four vehicles, along with free street parking. The property is pet-friendly and supports both short visits and long term stays.
