Great House for a Group!

This house was great for a family of 17 (8 adults, 9 kids ranging from 14 years old to 1 year old). Pro’s - comfortable beds, great bathrooms, AMAZING water pressure, fun game room / golf simulator / theatre room / upstairs game area. Multiple fridges were really nice.Con’s - called maintenance twice (1st not a big deal, broken toilet going out to pool area when we arrived to house, 2nd was that we were told that the pool was serviced twice a week - day 5 when we woke up pool was cloudy and had film in it, called maintenance and they said they would send someone over and nobody ever came). Biggest complaint was the 2nd maintenance request, but not a deal breaker at all. Other notes for owner - raccoon's got in garbages the night before we left and drug garbage everywhere - we picked up what was in the driveway and yard but not what was exploded in the bin itself because we needed to get to the airport. Blender could use an upgrade. Could use more large bowls, pots, and pans for cooking for a group. Bathroom fan in master bedroom 2 was not working. Golf simulator was difficult to start up - maybe clearer directions. Some chairs in the theatre room were broke. Multiple tv remotes were broke, and even taped up.With all of that being said. I don’t want it to deter anyone from renting this house. We had a great 6 day stay, everyone really enjoyed it and we would stay here again!

Beautiful House!

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful house, especially how each room had a unique theme. In particular, the theater was truly remarkable and the lobby & kitchen were also fantastic. All in all, it was an incredible experience.

To much fun!!!

Honestly, i was super nervous to rent this being it was a new development and reading previous reviews but this house was amazing!!! Kept our party if 14 so busy we didn’t have time to sleep! We canceled one of our days at the parks to spend another free day at the house and in the huge pool! Watched tons of movies, had poker tournament, basketball competition, pool plays and more! Kitchen was very well stocked that we were able to make meals and coffee at home. Besides a couple of hiccups, like broken dryer and the traffic down our street, we had nothing to complain about. Communication was on point and management helped us above and beyond expectations. Trust that we will be back! Thanks so much for allowing such an opportunity! House was beautiful!

Villatel house was nice but Solterra Clubhouse was a disappointment

The house itself was nice, however the kitchen was poorly equipped with inadequate cookware. The pool was cloudy when we arrived and the fridge door wasn’t sealing properly. We were concerned with our food spoiling. I made approximately 6 phone calls to the guest services line and it took a couple days for them to drop off a baking sheet and some additional knives and forks. The fridge was never fixed during our entire week. We had to chase down the pool company ourselves to have them shock the water. The group did enjoy the arcade and golf simulator. Make sure to bring your own clubs as there were none there. The Solterra Clubhouse was a big draw when we booked this property and was a huge disappointment for our group. They often closed early due to staffing issues or tried to use inclement weather as a reason for closing early. Quite a few items at the water park were poorly maintained or broken. On our final day of vacation, they had to shock the pool around 11am and forced everyone to leave. They wouldn’t let us use the deck chairs or cabanas even if the pool needed to be closed. We made the best of the trip, but for the premium price we paid for this property, it certainly expected better customer service.

Very well furnished.

All of my time spent in this house was definitely worth it! The bedrooms had magnificent furniture and furnishings. I had my heart set on the perfect house for our holiday and it was a great experience staying in this villa with my family.
