Great Location for convention center

Very happy with our stay. Super convenient location for our time being mostly spent at the convention center. Everything we needed was within a walk. Convention center, groceries, cafe, bar/restaurant, Walgreens. Our condo was clean and easy to get into etc. We will be back again!

Great location. Short walk to pool and walking trail. Short drive to all the theme parks.

Very nice condo and property. Would definitely stay here again.

Place photographs well but dirty inside

PROs The place was beautiful. - The grounds are wonderful with clean pools, a great gym, and beautiful trail around a small pond. - The pictures in the site are beautiful and our room was very very spacious. - The access to the gated resort was easy and straight forward. - The location is perfect for Disney and Universal Studios. - affordable for location CONs - very limited kitchenware - very limited supply (towels, paper towels, soap, garbage bags — they supplied like we were staying for 1 night! We booked for 7 nights) - non-working appliances (blender and toaster both broken, eventually replaced after multiple emails and calls when we had 3 days left in our 7-day stay) -non working blow dryer in master bedroom - but the worst oversight was when my son opened up the couch to sleep in a fold out mattress. There was blood all over the mattress and it was grotesque!! I wanted a different room at that point. Bottom line: you get what you paid for. Other rooms by other owners may be better but this room was not well maintained. I was not expecting the Ritz customer service but delays and issues raised during our stay were ignored until follow up was done by me. We went in August, the beginning of hurricane season so the place was not full at all. Would not recommend this place due to lack of cleanliness. Someone else’s blood was all over the mattress. An image my family will never forget.

we really enjoyed the entire experience!

The check in was easy, front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The condo was clean, spacious, and the easy to access. The pool is awesome! Very close to player 1 game bar and universal studios.

Great location, Condo was poorly stocked and extremely cheap.

Lol, master sheets were a mixed matched set of flat sheets for a full size bed, one set of towels per guest and no pool towels, kitchen had no cutting boards but a block of knives, one kitchen towel and not much else. Paper supplies and basic essentials were enough for a weekend, two garbage sacks; but definitely not enough for a week for a family of five.

Love the condo & Resort

We had a dustpan with no broom. There was also a vacuum but it barely get stuff off the floor. The garbage disposal didn’t work at all and the sink kept getting clogged. The outlets on the kitchen kept triggering the breaker box to shut the power off every time we plugged up an appliance.

Beautiful condo, clean, spacious, fair price for the amount of room you get. Great location, public's nearby, walgreens, pool fantastic. Getting Abit concerned of those staying in the area, since 3 bedrooms are too many staying in one condo. Hope not, since facility is so nice.

Great Stay

My family really enjoyed our stay. We had a few maintenance issues that were mostly resolved quickly except our microwave stopped working and the maintenance person never came to look at it. Other than the microwave we had a wonderful stay, we had a ton of room and the whole property had tons to offer. We also enjoyed the proximity to all the parks and the team at the resort was phenomenal!
