Extra Fees

Pool/Jacuzzi heating: US$35/day (min. 3 days) or US$75 (2 nights) + 13.5% tax

BBQ rental: US$85 per stay (includes propane and cleaning)

Resort access fee: US$35 (1–12 guests) / US$45 (13+ guests) – paid directly at the clubhouse

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will result in a US$300 fine.
