  • Set inside Windsor Island Resort, this 5BR/4.5BA townhome is built for families and groups: a private screened pool with tiki bar, two fun themed bedrooms, and full access to the resort’s water park & clubhouse. Thoughtful touches (TVs in every room, fast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer) make relaxing after the parks effortless. Park up to 3 vehicles and settle in—comfort, convenience, and resort fun await.

Nice unit / busy community

The rental unit was good and as advertised. We had issues with the door lock beeping during our entire stay despite asking to have it fixed, it was very loud. The check in process was difficult and the waiting to get into the community was chaotic, taking over 45 minutes to get through the front gate and register. Communication with the property manager was ok. They were very nice but seemed reactive. I asked to rent the golf cart ahead of our stay but that was never set up. The community is very busy (perhaps the holiday were a part of that) and the staff there isn’t great and seemed very cold for hospitality staff. Overall just ok and good for big groups.

How to start! Check-in was terrible. I didn’t receive my check in code for 1.5 hours after my check in time. When my children were going to bed. There was hair and stains on the bed. The bunk bed were extremely lose and not steady. My kids were afraid to sleep on the top bed. In the master bed room bed was broken. My husband and I were Afraid that the bed was going to finish breaking. Also after day 4. We noticed a camera was placed in to back but we were not notified that it was recently added. So we have to reach out to host to ask. We should have known this was going to be a very stressful experience. We were having trouble with host after booking. They wanted to change our price after we already book. Not worth the extra stress. Woke up to random men by the pool cleaning it. Then they left the open. No warning

It is a nice house, only thing I would say is the carpet in the high traffic areas is ready for replacement but other then that very nice. The pool area is super nice but the security is a little heavy handed. We had a baby with us and they didn't allow us to bring snacks in for her. That's a nit pick thou because the pool area for the resort main pool is gorgeous.nice work out area also the gate where you come in is where the check in is and it gets backed up into the road. They need to do something different with that ,it makes for a headache often when you come back to the resort . All in all we enjoyed our stay and I feel it was good value for money.
