Great property

The house and furnishings are a credit to the owners. It is very clean and well kept both by them but also by the Management Company. The only small issues are: the rug in the lounge needs attention as could be a trio hazard, there was no drying cloth in the kitchen, also unusually no cutlery basket in the dishwasher, It would also be good to have a slip mat outside the shower cubicle. I would certainly rent this property again in the future.

Lots of room for our family

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy, well stocked and clean. It was easy to check in and use the amenitites. The renters on one side were extremely loud during the day with lots of little kids so it was hard to enjoy the backyard in the afternoon but that is to be expected in a neighborhood set up like this. We loved the game room upstairs and would have loved to have a set of cards or a game there to play. But we grabbed a few decks at the store to use. The only real issue were the TV's. 2 of the bedrooms did not have the ability to access netflix. This wasn't a big deal as we spent most of our time outside but just an fyi as it would have been nice to have available.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall layout was perfect for a relaxing family stay. The location was great—peaceful neighborhood, easy parking, and conveniently close to grocery stores, and restaurants. The host communicated clearly and promptly, making check-in and check-out smooth. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again on our next trip to the Orlando/Davenport area. Highly recommended!
