Spotless, Modern, Pool Home

This luxury, executive style, air-conditioned, family villa is located in Calabay Parc, Davenport, less than 10 miles from Disney and close to all the other attractions.
Calabay Parc is a beautifully maintained community which is safe and friendly. Many restaurants & wonderful shopping are waiting to be explored just a few minutes from the villa.
We are fully licensed under the state of Florida and follow strict safety and cleanliness guidelines. It is extremely important to us that your stay in our villa is just what you would expect form a superior property and with Disney Sunrise Resort, you deal directly with the owner!

Indoors - You will find 3 spacious bedrooms which sleep 6 people comfortably.

The Primary Bedroom
The lovely peaceful room has been enhanced with a luxurious king sized suite with brand new king mattress, window blinds, modern ceiling fan and lovely bed linens.
The room is beautifully decorated and has a 60 inch flat screen TV with ROKU.
The ensuite bath has a deep tub, separate shower stall, double sinks set in a gorgeous new granite countertop and a huge walk-in closet.

The Queen Room
The second bedroom has a queen set with a gorgeous padded headboard with a new 14" very comfortable mattress and new linens, There is plenty of storage with a large dresser, 2 end tables and large closet. The windows were recently enhanced with Plantation Shutters.
A 43 inch flat screen TV is available for your pleasure. It includes Roku with streaming.

The Twin Room
The third bedroom has 2 brand new twin with new mattresses and boxsprings. The window is enhances with new Plantation Shutters. There is a fun beanbag chair for the kids. It has 2 closets and a Pack N Play if you have a toddler or baby. The decor is kid friendly with movie posters and Disney pictures. A 32 inch flat screen TV is available for cartoons, Disney +, Netflix or whatever you choose.

Family Bathroom
Between these 2 rooms is a newly renovated bathroom. It has a glass walk-in shower and modern decor. The colour scheme is white and grey.

The Living Area
Great Room
You will find a leather sectional and leather chairs which are all comfy for TV watching on our 70 inch flat screen TV with surround sound. The kids of all ages will enjoy our PS3 and the games provided. In the cabinet you will find movies for the kids and adults and many books and travel guides. We offer free Netflix for your enjoyment after a busy day at the parks. Disney +, ESPN etc are also available.
We have a printer for your use, WIFI of course and unlimited North American calling.

Large sliding doors lead to the lanai and pool area where you will find a table & chairs under the lanai. with sun loungers beside the pool as well as a conversation area which is perfect for a book and coffee or other beverage.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel major and a variety of bright red minor appliances. We have just updated with grey cabinets and gorgeous new granite countertops. There is also a beautiful new high efficiency washer and dryer. You should find everything you need! We even supply you with washing detergent and dishwasher tabs for your stay.

The Games Room
The games room in the garage boasts a pool table, foosball & air hockey for kids of all ages.

Calabay Parc is a very sought after vacation retreat where you will find quiet luxury after a busy day out in the Florida sunshine. The community is safe and quiet with lovely winding roads and a children's playground. Close circuit TVs keep give extra security.
For additional security, our home has 2 security cameras outside. One above the garage viewing the front of the property and one along the side over the pool heater.

Outdoors
Relax in our beautiful private pool with comfortable seating. There are 4 lounging chairs and 6 chairs around the outdoor table. The table is located under an overhang so is usually shady but the pool is in the sun until late in the afternoon. Recently we added a seating area with a couch and 2 arm chairs. These seats have comfortable padding and are located just outside the sliding doors. It's a great spot to enjoy a book and a beverage. The pool has a very efficient gas heater and an invisible solar blanket. The pool area is surrounded by a child safety gate. The area is nicely landscaped and has a large lanai.

Great place to stay, very clean and spacious, close to everything.

This house is fantastic! It is bigger and better than it looks on pictures. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was awesome, my kids loved it . We’ll definitely be back , hopefully soon.

Great villa

Good location, near to many shops & restaurants and easy access to I4. Home was very clean and contained everything you would want for a great vacation. The pool area and the pool itself was excellent. Plenty of chairs, loungers etc to relax in. Lounge, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and games area were all very good. Would definitely recommend this Villa.

This property is absolutely perfect! The host was so friendly, informative and prompt. The villa is literally like a home from home. There was everything we could possible need, not to mention it being stunningly furnished. Location is fab. 35 - 45 minutes to the main parks depending on traffic. Nearby convenience stores and eateries. We also used DoorDash to order in a couple of times. I would 100% recommend this villa, and I would definitely return in heart beat. We loved our holiday and are so sad it came to an end.

Beautiful home

Our family enjoyed out stay in this beautiful home. It's quiet and relaxing especially after being out at the parks all day. My kids enjoyed the pool and the games. The owner is so sweet, she called to check on us during our stay to make sure we were pleased with everything. Very nice and the decor is amazing. We felt at home and on our next trip we will be looking to come back.

My family and I had an amazing time! The owner was very involved, quickly responded when I needed her. My 14 and 4 year old absolutely loved the house. My husband and I did as well. We didn’t want to leave.

WOW!

Such a wonderfully decorated and modern home with all the amenities you could ask for. By far, the best home we have stayed at in Calabay Parc. We have been staying in the area during a weeklong baseball tournament for 3 years. Next year will be our last & we hope it is open again!

My first getaway in years!!!

The property was amazing! The owner of the house stayed in contact to ensure our stay was comfortable and great! The pictures of the property on the website doesn’t compare to how it looks in person. The decor of the home made it so comfortable just to relax and not want to leave to do anything! I appreciate the owner in allowing us to stay at his magnificent home and hope to do it again!

Like staying at home!

We stayed at Calabay Parc from Aug. 29th 2014 to Sept. 13th. 2014 with my husband and my one year old daughter. We enjoyed the house, it was confortable and had a lot of room. My little one enjoyed the pool which we used every day, the bathrooms and all the rooms in the house were very spacious. Morag was super nice! we'd love to stay there again in the future!

Repeat Stay - Love this Home!

This is our second time at this house - and it was just like coming home. It had everything we needed for our FL vacation ... including a beautiful private pool. It was so fantastic to relax in peace and quiet after adventuring all day. The owners are lovely to work with and had completed some stunning updates since our last visit. The location is private, yet close to everything including parks, shopping, restaurants and non-theme-park activities - which was our goal for this trip. We are living proof it is possible to visit the Orlando area with a teenager and have loads of fun without going to any theme parks! We would highly recommend this home - and will be back again ourselves.

Amazing Villa for a holiday of a lifetime

We had a fantastic 3 weeks exploring Orlando and its attractions and to come home every day to this beautiful villa really was the icing on the cake. The location is fantastic with some excellent restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Go to Mannys Chop House the food is amazing !!and was a personal recommendation from the owner of the villa who could not do enough to make our stay memorable through email communications from when we booked to ringing us when we had been there a few days to check everything was ok. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough and really hope to be back soon . Thank you Morag for letting us stay Rick , Claire, Oli (9) and Gabby (8)

Wonderful Villa!!! 3rd Visit for us!

What a wonderful villa! This was our third stay at this beautiful house and we are booked a fourth time already. Every time we come, the house is changed and upgraded to be even more beautiful! The appliances are spectacular. It is such a bargain! For the quality you receive, the price should be much higher! Book well in advance, as it looks like everyone is finding out about this villa and booking it up quickly! Loved, loved, loved it! Thank you Moraq!

Home Away From Home

As my wife stated during our week-long stay, “I can see us living at this house.” Morag’s home is beautiful and well maintained! The pool and patio area were wonderful! Communication with Morag was excellent. Everything we needed to know about the house and surrounding area was communicated via email and guidebook at the house when we arrived. She also emailed me during the week to make sure everything was to our liking and to see if anything was needed. The proximity of the house to area attractions made traveling easy. Overall, we would highly recommend Morag’s house for a wonderful stay in the Orlando area (Davenport)!

I would give this property 10 stars if I could!

This place is immaculate, stylishly appointed, and is very well equipped. It was even closer to the Disney parks than I thought it was, only 15-20 minutes. The area where the home was located was very safe, I went on long runs down beautful sidewalked roads. There were also plenty of good restaurants, Publix and Walgreens nearby. Owner was extremely helpful and easy to get ahold of. We have stayed in various vacation homes and I have never been so impressed. My two kids loved the heated pool (we could swim even when it was in the 50's) and the playstation was a pleasant surprise for them. My husband and I really enjoyed the master bedroom and bathroom, as well as the gorgeous kitchen. If and when we return to the Orlando area, we will definitely stay here again.

SPRING BREAK

We came to Florida for spring break and had such a great time. We really enjoyed our stay here at the villa.It was so nice and relaxing. The nighboorhood is very quiet and people are very nice. The house was so beautiful and more than imagined. It was filled with everything I needed which made it easier because all I needed to bring was ourselves and food. Everything else was provided. It had so many fun things to do. We enjoyed the game room and loved sitting on the back patio while enjoying the nice pool. I also loved the hospitality that morg has givin to me while helping me with my stay. She is a very caring women and also willing to help in anyway. I am so pleased with my stay that we are planning to go back again next year. This is a great place to take your family and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great family time.

Brillant house brilliant holiday

We are a family of five from Dublin and we had a great stay in this lovely house. It is very modern and has been recently decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most hitech things you can possibly need or want. We really enjoyed the pool, and the game-room. After a long day at any of all the theme parks, it´s nice to relax by the pool. It takes just 20-30 minutes to drive to any theme park. Morag and the management agents were very attentive to any of our requirements and it never seemed like anything was too much trouble. We have been to Florida a few times and have always stayed in Calabay Parc but Morag's house was by far the best place we have stayed. It felt like we had lived there for years. Super Excellent Villa!

Super Excellent Experience at this Villa! We come to Florida twice a year and have stayed at other villas. We've had good ones and we've had bad ones. This one is a good one and one of the best! Exceptionally clean. Very well maintained. Lots of extras, such as XBox, PS3, Pool Table, Air Hockey and Foosball, Samsung Large HDTV. Kitchen had everything needed, such as pots, pans, dishes--plastice and glass, gadgets. Lots of counterspace. Great neighborhood. Close to Target at I4. Publix down the street on Hwy 27. Close to Disney--Take I4 through Championsgate, only 20 min. Pool was beautiful! Lots of privacy. Privacy fence behind pool. Rarely heard any neighbors, even though they were there. Master bedroom was unbelievable. New bed, super comfy. Ceiling Fan in bedroom was awesome! Master bathroom was HUGE! Pictures don't do it justice! Very, very happy with experience and will definitely book again.
