Mom’s 80th birthday

This was the perfect place for us to gather to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday. Loved the large table, kitchen and family room. Everyone loved their accommodations. Comfy beds and enough restrooms. Host was great at getting back with us and checked in, too.

Great Property for Visiting Disney!

This place was outstanding! If anything, the pictures don't do the place justice. The staff was very accommodating and quickly addressed things that came up during our stay. It's a great location, centrally located, and close to the highway. It's in a great community with amenities like an arcade, restaurant, and even a soccer field. Which came in handy as we were down there with teenage boys for a soccer tournament at ESPN Wide World of Sports and they were able to get some practice in.

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed at the Hidden Gem home and were amazed at the size and details of the home. The bedrooms were perfect for our family. The online photos do not do it justice, it is beautiful. The treehouse room was great for our kids!! We had a family of 20 and we never felt cramped, it is a huge home. It was a perfect stay for our short family get together. We highly recommend this home for a large family stay.

Graduation Gift

We had a high school graduate that asked for his family to be together as gift. So we found this home and it lived up to the billing. Plenty of space for adults, teens, and children. We experienced zero issues during our stay and enjoyed the home, community, and surrounding areas. The pool was cleaned the day before our arrival and we were able to take advantage of an early check in. I recommend this home for anyone with a large family.

I'm truly at a loss for words. This property was IMMACULATE. Our entire stay could not have gone better. We were a large party staying in Encore for the succos holiday. Babies, kids, teens, adults, we had it all and every one of us enjoyed it immensely. Matthew made sure every part of our stay was perfect and we are so thankful for the incredible trip we had.

House is nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cooking equipment and serving pieces (need more forks though). Beds were very comfortable. My family thoroughly enjoyed spending the week there with the various types of entertainment for all ages. A very quick drive to the Disney parks. My only complaint is an abundance of pot smoking neighbors renting other VRBOs.

2nd Birthday getaway

The property is as described and all our family have absolutely loved it! It accommodated all of the 22 people at house. The beds were comfortable. Everyone loved the massage chairs. Overall the trip was great success to celebrate my sons 2nd birthday! Disney is about 15 to 30 mins defending on traffic.

Amazing House!

We stayed for two weeks in March 2023. The house is in new condition, large, spacious, and perfectly clean. We had everything we needed to cook and live comfortably. The arcades and games upstairs and in the garage were a ton of fun. Everything was in great working order. The property management team was attentive and helpful. My only less than perfect feedback is that the property backs onto a busy freeway and some construction which made the back yard noisy at times. Thankfully the house is very quiet when you close the doors. The exterior furniture on the pool deck could use an upgrade. Otherwise the property and service was amazing and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great house close to the parks

The house was a lot of fun and well maintained for a rental. Rentals can be really beat but you could see they had tried really hard to make sure it stayed in good shape. They made you feel welcome and cater to your needs. We complained about the cleaners not changing some of the sheets in the house and they brought brand new ones. It is in a gated community with 24hr security that we’re constantly patrolling. Epcot, Animal Lingdom and Hollywood studios were about 15 minutes. magic Kingdom was about 20 minutes. Keep in mind, if you leave the park the same time as everybody else be prepared for a 30-35 minute drive back home due to traffic. All in all a great house. Tons of space for our party of 16. Would use them again.

Perfect place to stay

This property was exactly what was advertised as. We had 26 people including 19 teenagers. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and keep busy. The biggest reason we chose to stay here was the kitchen and dinning area. There is enough space for us to cook and enjoy our meals together. The only downside was there isn’t enough cooking utensils. But we made do with what they did have. Next time we will definitely bring extra pots and pans. Hopefully there will be a next time and we will be back. Everyone had fun!!
