Great Disney Stay

We had a great week at this house. About 30 min from all parks, so relaxing to come back and use the spa after walking all day. So much room and perfect for our family. Will definitely book again when we come back!

Orange Tree...The Adventure!

Beautiful home spacious very quiet the location is great its 40 mins to the beach.Shopping and restaurants 2miles down the road. We loved the pool and ping pong tables.The pool was warm and the spa was wonderful.This home is fill with everything you need just add Family,Food and Fun! We will definitely be back soon!

Amazing house near all the parks!

This was a very nice place to call home-away-from-home while visiting the Disney parks for a week. Nice screened-in pool and spa and plenty of room for a party of 6+. The owner was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and very welcoming. Didn't get a hold of the management team, but the owner was very responsive. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

Enjoyed our stay

Working with Mel and her management company was a pleasure. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was a slight problem with pool heat but it was taken care of promptly. I would definitely recommend this villa. Our family really enjoyed our stay… after a couple of days at Disney it was a pleasure to come back to house and relax. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table in garage (so did the adults.). Thank you, Mel, for making our visit to Florida very enjoyable!

The property was very comfortable area was very quiet the only thing the garbage bins were full when we arrived but we put garabage out on Monday and got mixed up in recycling day we put garabage out absinthe on Thursday but we had to be out of house by 10 am Sunday so we didn’t get to put buckets out they weren’t supposed to go out until later

Fantastic vacation!

This house was so perfect for my family. We just got back from a week stay and it was wonderful. The house was impeccably clean. Great and quiet neighborhood. Enough room for the whole family. We loved the pool, we spent everday out there. The game room was a great and fun addition to the property too. The only thing i would change is the air conditioner, its set at 74 and needs to be lowered to 68 or 70. It was very warm in the bedrooms. Overall would 10 out of 10 recommend. A relaxing and enjoyable stay away from the hustle bustle of Disney!

We had a wonderful stay here back in August. We wanted a property that was in driving distance of Disney but not too close. We loved the quiet neighborhood and still having a convenient commute for our day trips to Disney. The home was well stocked with all the necessities and the kitchen was also well stocked and organized it was pretty easy to find what you needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and still have family time together in the living room area. The property was well maintained and taken care of (we saw landscapes and pool guys there during our stay). The only things I would maybe suggest is a new hair dryer in the master bathroom (the current one tended to get over heated and hot to hold) and an extra laundry basket. Would totally stay here again if we make this trip in the future. Property owner was easy to reach and very responsive and helpful when we had any questions.

A Perfect and Beautiful Getaway!

This was one of the best VRBO homes we have stayed in. From the booking, to check in, to check out, everything was smooth and the communication was wonderful. Mel checked in with us before we arrived, and checked in during our stay to make sure things were going well. There were a few glitches when we arrived that just took one call to the management company (who answered the phone each time) and it was taken care of immediately. The home was beautiful and had amazing personal touches throughout. There was a small, decorated Christmas tree that we loved. There were tea bags/cappuccino by the coffee pot as well as microwave popcorn. The pantry was stocked with spices, trash bags, and plastic wrap/foil. There was plenty of dishes and silverware for our group and the villa was exactly as described! There were 2 port-a-cribs in the closets, and there were 2 strollers in the garage for our use as well. The pool and spa tub were amazing and there were several beach towels provided as well. We had an amazing vacation and if we get back to this area next year, I will definitely book again!!

Great place!

The heated spa was perfection! Very large spa compared to other homes we rented. Five adults fit easy and after you turn on the jets it’s nice and hot in about 10 minutes. Rooms and bathrooms are in different sections of the house so lots of privacy for us and our grown children. Multiple doors out to the pool area including from the master bedroom and from one of the bathrooms for easy removal of wet clothing. Alarm was easy to use and made us feel safe. Quiet neighborhood and very close to Publix and Walmart for food or snacks. If you are looking to not be right at the parks with all the chaos but close enough to still get there in a reasonable drive this is a great location. We also drove to tampa one day and it was only about an hour and twenty minutes.Just a warning the master bathroom doesn’t have a door, there is a water closet door but when you shower it is wide open to the bedroom. Beds were comfortable but I hated all the pillows…but I’m very particular with pillows so they may be fine for everyone else. And seems like a lot of people park in the road so it can be tight driving in and out.Definitely will stay again if it’s available!

Perfect Location For Our Vacation

The neighborhood and house was excellent. The home is as described as shown in the pictures. Centrally located between the area cities and the amusement parks and natural attractions. We would definitely stay here again when travelling to the area.

The place was simply perfect for our needs. It accommodated a family of 8. House was clean and they had the little extra things that weren’t their responsibility such as washing detergents and dryer sheets. The parks were within a reasonable ride. But the children were more excited about leaving the parks to get back to the house to swim. And this trip was all about what they wanted to do! End result they were happy with the accommodations so we were happy!!
The kids were able to swim until their bedtime!!

Great house

This was a very nice house. Roomy, comfortable, well stocked. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. About 30 mins to Disney, Publix was close ( 1 mile) to get groceries. Owner and management company were great! Would definitely stay here again.
