Fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic three-night stay. The location was convenient, being close to everything. The Villatel team was highly responsive and a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed the pool and play rooms. We hope to return soon.

Perfect Getaway

House was as listed. It was a rainy week, however we made the best of it. House was filled with activities and the kids love it. They spend a good amount of time in the theatre. We are already looking forward to being back.

Amazing Experience

This house is absolutely stunning. No seriously stunning. It was perfect for our family trip of 20 with room left to spare. The neighborhood is beautiful and filled with amenities. We can’t wait to go back. There was really no reason to leave the house.

Wonderful

Property was great and the customer service while there was incredible when we had a couple of problems during our stay!Only downside is the entrance to the neighborhood gets VERY backed up in the evening and the cops don't do much to direct traffic. Several accidents occurred during our stay.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The house and property is beautiful. We had a few small issues that were handled very quickly. We were unable to use the golf simulator as promised with the property details. We had 21 people and there was room to spare. If I had to give one recommendation, I'd say that the acoustics in the downstairs of the house could be better. It was very loud. We would go back again in a heartbeat !

Amazing house to fit 6 different families. 24 stayed. Enough room to spread out. Quick communication. Needed maintence once for a toilet issue and they were right there. Outside area was amazing. Only issue is very strict on parking. Parked in the road while unloading and was towed within 15 min of not being out there. Does say in the paperwork no street parking but thought we were good while unloading. Did visit the club house and played volleyball. Overall would stay again!

Truly Enjoyed this home….

Property was very nice and clean, we had some small issues, but the property managers took care of it immediately. The golf simulator was not available as showed when we made the reservation, but they made that right also. I liked the quick responses to the issues. They actually gave us a new refrigerator since the other one was not cooling correctly. My family loved the pool, theater and arcade. Only thing needed is hotter water and possibly parking on the street. We had 4 SUV’s and a car which made the driveway very tight. Everything else was perfect. The washer and dryer on both floors is very convenient.

Great Stay!

Every unit has a swimming pool and video game set. The bedrooms are another marvelous aspect; they are spacious and very well lit. The kids slept in hero-themed bedrooms, they are telling everyone about it. I found the place pretty ideal and worth a second visit.

This place is out of this world. I took my family here one time-the experience was refined. From the kids to us adults, everyone had something to say about the entertainment features. They had video games for the kids and a swimming pool for us adults.

Great Paintwork!

My husband brought us here last year. I appreciated the paintwork very much; it matched the natural and artificial lighting pretty well. The swimming pool and arcade games were also amazing, my last born loved them.

Best holiday location!

I was looking for a holiday location when a friend mentioned this place. His description seemed exaggerated until we got here. The place was bubbling with activity-they were putting up new units. The unit they offered us was the best I had seen before. It had a swimming pool, arcade games and a video games set, all under one roof.

We are a large family and this house fit us perfectly! We fell in love with it and plan to return. With a family this size, we did not crowd each other, there was so much space to move around.This home was spacious and in excellent condition. From the booking and during our stay, the property management staff was so polite and always available to answer our calls. When a couple of issues arose, the maintenance staff was quick to respond and react. Stores (Walmart, Target, Publix) were in close proximity, about less than 20 minutes away (depending on the time of day). Plenty of activities to do on the property, as well as in the area.If there was anything we would change or like to see, it would be that some padding be added at the bottom of the bed slides, as the children slid directly into the walls...fast, furious and fun (lol)! Also, if an umbrella for the pool area was added to provide more shade on those HOT days, that would be great!From the grandparents to the great-grands, everyone had an AWESOME time and would love to return!ROWSIX
