Aviana Resort is an exclusive private destination resort conveniently located in Southwest Orlando within 10 miles of the Walt Disney World entrance. This resort offers a unique vacation experience that includes delightful amenities and stunning tropical landscaping with the comfort of a beautifully appointed, private vacation villa. Accommodations are offered in select villas within the gated resort and provide beautifully furnished living areas, lanai's and private pool areas, fully stocked kitchens and private bedrooms and bathrooms. The resorts amenities include swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center, sand volleyball, children's playground and putting green.

If you would like to avoid this fee, we also offer other methods of payments as well ( eg. checks, Zelle, ACH and wire bank transfers).


OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -

1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.

2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.
