The Space:

Imagine a short stroll to the clubhouse, then a quick drive to Disney, Universal or SeaWorld, all within a half‑hour adventure. After a day of thrills, retreat to a spacious home where themed bedrooms spark imagination and a private pool invites you to unwind.



Sleeping arrangements

- Primary (downstairs): 1 king bed with a full bathroom that opens onto the pool deck.

- Harry Potter (upstairs): 2 twin beds sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom with the Avengers room.

- Avengers (upstairs): 2 twin beds sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom with the Harry Potter room.

- King upstairs: 1 king bed.

- Queen A (upstairs): 1 queen bed.

- Queen B (upstairs): 1 queen bed.



Living areas

Two comfortable family rooms each feature a flat‑screen TV and plush couches, giving you plenty of space to relax together after a theme‑park marathon.



Outdoor living

Your private pool sits in a fenced backyard, perfect for a morning dip or an evening splash. A pool deck provides room for snacks or a grill, letting you soak up the Florida sunshine in complete privacy.

Resort amenities

As a guest of Solterra Resort you receive exclusive access to a community water park with a resort‑style pool, water slide, cabanas, and lazy river. The amenity center includes a poolside café, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreational area for extra fun.



Location & attractions

The home sits in Davenport, just 5 minutes from a supermarket and nearby stores. Disney is 12 mi away, SeaWorld 16 mi, and Universal Studios 20 mi, making theme‑park visits effortless. A short drive brings you to Posner Park, where an IMAX theater and a variety of dining options await. Whether you’re seeking thrills, dining adventures, or a relaxing retreat, everything you need is within easy reach.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway (can likely fit 3 small to med-sized vehicles).



The Neighborhood:

Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dish-washing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
