I won’t be returning to this property again. Hardly any of the pool restaurants were open, there’s no place to get/return pool towels at most of the pools. The pizza from the on site restaurant was not good, neither was the ice cream. We were told they were out of the flavor we wanted and as soon as we got something else, they brought out a whole new container of the one we wanted. Even though you would think that since you’re staying at the hotel, the waterpark is included, it is not. You have to pay extra for the waterpark. When the pools are closed, it’s difficult to navigate around the buildings to get to the front desk, shops and restaurants. Parking at night is overcrowded, building numbers are confusing, there are golf carts driving crazy everywhere, when you first check in they bother you about getting a timeshare. Language barrier between most staff members, pool drains had hair weave in them, music played at pool was not kid-friendly, lots of amenities were closed down. We had a balcony, but the view was pointless. It was facing the side of another building. Our first night there, there was a swarm of police cars at the building next to us. Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for I guess. But next time, I will spend extra for a better resort. Orlando has plenty of good ones.

Yes, there were activities for all ages. There was a pool in every section walking distance to where each villa was. I didn't like the fact that the watwrslides were closed all day while we were there. That was our main reason for going. Other than that the game room at the entrance, close to check in was a lot of fun. We had a lot of fun Bowling, on the pool tables, Ms. PacMan, and all the other games. I will recommend and do plan on going back very soon. Just make sure you check the weather for there before booking.

Misleading advertising for the property. They have a water park that’s an additional charge. It’s just a wave pool, lazy river and a few slides and they charge extra for it. I booked the room because of the water park and free breakfast but neither were included. In addition, they really push buying a timeshare at the property. It’s such a great example of corporations and expedia misleading consumers and facing zero to no consequences.

The pictures are deceiving. The room is very old and dirty. They also charged an extra resort fee that was not mentioned anywhere. There are better places around for the same price or cheaper. Made a big mistake here.

Room nice and clean but walls thin can hear others always were loud people running up and down them screaming at 1 AM. They put us in the very last building. I wasn’t aware that this is gonna happen so it wasn’t close to any amenities and then you had to pay extra for the waterpark which I wasn’t aware of and then Check at 11 on Expedia, but the property tried to tell us 10. Could not get any sleep because of all the noise and could not access the amenities without having to get a ride or drive my car up to them.

If you book through this place, make sure you ask about any resort fees when you get there, they dont tell you that on expedia or the resort does not reach out about having to pay extra fees. I paid an extra 100 ish bucks when i got there without warning. The room i got had some electrical problems with the bedside lights, they also don't twll you how to have running water. Had to turn on the sink and the tub (which is separate from shower) to have any kind of hot water. Was not aware and unless I am told that or asked, how am I supposed to know. Not a great resort.

Weak weak weak on food. I ate twice in their restaurant/bar. I did not actually eat either meal which is rare for me. Other food was a soggy soggy pizza slice. Nowhere to really to grab quick lunch or snack and a coke. Or breakfast food.

Our stay was highly disappointing due to several management and maintenance failures: Check-in & Service: Extremely inefficient process involving three different staff members to get keys and parking passes. Staff were dismissive of reported issues, stating that broken vending and ice machines "weren't their problem." Room Condition: The unit was poorly cleaned; the jet tub had a visible film of scum. The layout felt dated and unprofessional. Noise & Soundproofing: The "echo chamber" shared hallways and exterior-facing doors provided zero sound insulation. We experienced shouting, fighting, and loud music until 3 AM, resuming at 7 AM. Odor: The elevators and exterior areas smelled strongly of smoke and marijuana. Cooking odors from other units leaked into our room. Facilities: All ice machines were out of order. A requested ice delivery took three hours and arrived as melting bags of ice that leaked onto the floor. The TV was bolted to the wall, blocking all HDMI/USB ports and making streaming devices unusable. Safety/Cleanliness: We encountered a trash bag containing bloody linens left by the elevator in the morning. Billing: Despite checking out early due to these conditions, the resort still kept record as if we had stayed for the full stay.
