CHECK IN WAS A NIGHTMARE AND CLEAN UP DEMANDS

The requests where not orderly for reservations and the clean up demands were excessive and we didn’t create anything to need cleaning!

Property was nice. Sinks and tubs were in need of maintenance. Bed was hard to sleep on. Couch was hard to sit on. Bit of mold from humidity by the window. Other than that place was very nice.

We loved the property, the unit was great, spacious, in fact way bigger than we thought it would be, great for the entire family as well as many games of hide and seek with our 4 year old!

Bathroom mildew/mold

Pros • Easy check-in/check-out • Location close to parks • Good size unit Cons • Bathroom mildew/mold in two showers • Property manager would not address issue or properly clean • Sofa pull-out sleeper had multiple urine stains - not usable • Kitchen light continuously shorted • Master bath cold water at sink did not work • Refrigerator ice dispenser would not dispense ice • Ironing board was broken, however the iron was functional • Spotty Wi-Fi - only worked in master bedroom, living room, patio • Loud neighbors, parties until 1 AM The condo was a good size for our family of 8; however, with 5 adults, we planned to utilize the sleeper sofa, and could not due to the urine stains/scent on the mattress. It was clear that the cleaning crew did not meet any general standards, which was very discouraging given the COVID environment. The bathroom showers contained mildew and mold. Several calls and email attempts were made as well as photos sent to the Guest Services team who replied that it had been cleaned, although it had not. We stayed 14 days, and more than half of that time was spent trying to get someone to clean the showers, to no resolution. I would not recommend this condo until the cleaning standards are increased to match the needs to remove the presence of mold and mildew.
