Every was good. Master bed a little stiff and the sectional couch had one broken leg. Other than that great place to stay. I would stay again.

Whisper way family vacay

This property was exactly as shown. It had absolutely everything we needed to make our first family trip to Florida enjoyable. The condo was clean and very well maintained. The resort was great and the pools were close proximity. We definitely would return to stay again.

Disney Family Trip

This is the fifth time we have stayed at Reunion Resort and the first time at this condo. The condo is as described. It across the street from the pool, close to Disney, and spacious enough for our family of four. The check in and check out was easy, the communication with property manager was great. The only thing I would recommend is if the cleaning crew can vacum up the dust more thoroughly. Overall, good stay.

Laundry

Overall stay experiences are good. But the laundry took too long to wash & dry a load. I spent 4 hrs to dry a small load of clothes. Definitely need to look into this matter.

My daughter and i enjoyed our time. It was a few things that needed to be fix and maintenance resolved right away. The condo was as pictured on the website.

Nice resort but wouldn’t stay here again

The condo was lovely and the reunion resort was nice but I wouldn’t stay here again. There was not enough toilet paper for the week and for what we pay you would think something like that would be there. One toilet clogged twice and it took 3 days and multiple calls to get fixed. One dunked clogged after one use. They provide a full kitchen yes but no salt or pepper, no coffee filters, little things like that. We even had to use our grocery bags as garbage bags by the end. And the worst of all was the property management. Checking in took almost an hour. And when my daughter (who is 3!) left behind her favorite lovey, they threw it away! Who does that when it’s clearly a babies and probably special. I’m giving 3 stars because unit was nice but they care more about looks than making you feel at home.

Decent place for vacation with few exceptions

We would have rated this place 5 except that the dryer/washer was an issue and we could not use the water parks for kids. This was a big deal for us.
