The staff was very proactive and reached out to me when I wasn’t able to check in within working hours. Their communication was top notch. Highly recommend staying here if playing Desert Canyon or even staying in the greater Chelan area!

The staff was amazing. Our room was ready early which meant a lot to us. We were photographing a wedding in Chelan and its always nice to leave our stuff in a room and not in the car. The grounds were beautiful and it was nice to come back after a long day and relax in a wonderful and quiet room. Thank you!

The property was beautiful. You’re surrounded by the golf course that is well maintained. Our room was nice and the AC was great. The manager had a little snippy attitude towards us the few times we talked to her which wasn’t appreciated much. Other then that it’s a great place, bar and grill a short walk away in the golf pro shop

The unit we stayed in was for sale, the TV did not have instructions on how to work it properly, the kitchen had limited pan and utensil selection, (hard to make pancakes with no spatula to turn them or fry bacon in a fry pan too small). It felt as if there was no real effort to making this very expensive unit more comfortable. The front desk staff were excellent and the resort itself was beautiful. We just did not feel the unit was worth the price.

This is a nice location, beautiful views, and I liked that compared to ither hotels it was big, having separate bedroom, living room and complete kitchen. All was good until we got a message telling that there was a noise complain apparently from people below us. This building must have serious construction issues, I have been in so many different hotels and places all around the US, Europe and the Americas, I have been victim of many really noisy people, and they complain about noise here? Is going to the restroom an flushing a noisy issue? Or a very normal talk, or watching TV, BTW at low level, so noisy for them? What kind if cheap construction is this? Even when it is a nice place I won't be coming back here. They should stop renting.

Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming.

We appreciated the staff kindness. The pool was relaxing but the hot tub was a bit dirty and not filtered well. Our room did not have hot water in the shower. Otherwise wonderful kitchen and spacious living space.
