“We arrived earlier than check in time at 12. We started of with asking if it was possible to check in earlier or if we could leave our bags and come back later. The guy in the desk showed us to the room and we paid for one night at the same time. Wich was nice since we had a long bus ride the night before and just wanted to rest instead of strolling around Sucre, waiting to check in. The room itself was not that nice. It had two beds that weren't comfortable and you could feel and hear the……

“courtyard of hotel very nice; friendly staff. room was not in greatest shape. old furniture, terrible sulphur smell from the bathroom at all times--the water supply? the drains? did not experience this elsewhere in bolivia. convenient location. they tried hard for breakfast, but basic and was not adventuresome enough to have some of it. some of the other places I stayed in bolivia were better value, but it was okay here. ”

“I could not stay, the hotel did not accept my reservation because I did not have space, as the hotel administrator explained to me, it turned out that the VRBO platform was managed by a previous administrator, and he was unable to access the administration panel of said platform, because I was with another phone number, from the previous administrator, and there was no way to contact him, for this reason, he could not access the administration panel and could not accept or reject my reservation……

“The hotel and bedrooms are very charming and very well decorated despite smaller than pictures shows and without windows for some of them( only velux). Very nice terrace. Service is a shame and we cumulated the issues during these 2 days. Jacuzzi booked in advanced but not ready on time (40mns late) and water was boiling we lost 20mns more to add fresh water... Restaurant was closed when we arrived at 20h30( supposed to close at midnight...) we complaint and they finally accepted to serve us but……
