The host submitted the checkin and out info to the VRBO app. The VRBO app did not forward it to me. I had to reach out to the host to get check in and out info personally. It’s the side of downtown you want to be in when you’re over 30. The bikes came in so clutch too. Owner was really accommodating and kind. Would definitely book this place again. ”

“The property is great for a vacation type visit. Nice, neat yard with interesting plants and trees. Our dog loved it! Inside very neat and clean, with everything needed for your comfort. We like it so much that this was our second year choosing it as our away home when visiting family. The only minor issue was getting used to the freeway traffic noise if sleeping in the west facing bedrooms.”

“The cabin was spotless and absolutely wonderful—located in a charming neighborhood just minutes from downtown Nevada City. It was also a perfect base for visiting our favorite Yuba River swimming spots like Bridgeport and Oregon Creek, both about 30 minutes away. The hosts were incredibly trusting and provided clear, helpful instructions we could refer to during our stay.
