Honestly don’t think you will find better for the price in Dalyan. Beautiful pool and gardens, comfortable and cool inside with plenty of space for a large family. A little piece of paradise and not forgetting Lucy the cat. Perfect

Wonderful villa

As another reviewer mentioned this Villa looks even better than the pictures show. We were met at the airport and brought straight to the Villa, effortlessly easy. Couple of very minor issues on day one i.e. the safe has been closed and we needed the key to reset it. I emailed Salih and received a response in under 15 minutes, then maintenance arrived within the hour. Fantastic service so many thanks for that. Pool is large and the garden and outdoor area are perfect- you can always find sun and shade. Villa is brilliantly well equipped, from games to books, washing up liquid to beach towels. There are also plastic glasses for use outside. Minor gripe is that the air con in one bedroom is on a sensor, if you don’t move about much it shuts down and meant that the room became hot and stuffy. Quick 10 minute walk into town, would recommend The Lemon Tree and Olive Garden for evening meals. There is a villa cat called Lucy, she is not allowed inside the villa. I have to say we are dog people and not cat people but she won us over and is the most adorable, affectionate cat. Doesn’t cause any bother and loves a packet of cat food or leftover steak from a meal! This was our second holiday in Dalyan and if we return, we would book here again.

Great Stay at a Lovely Villa

The best villa that we’ve stayed in. Comfortable, stylish and very well equipped. High quality in terms of build and fittings/furnishings and very well maintained. Effective air con and a lovely garden and pool that exceeded expectations.It was great to bookend each day sat on the large veranda - breakfast in the mornings and drinks in the evening. Unfortunately our stay was somewhat marred by the selfish behaviour of families in 2 neighbouring villas who constantly appeared to be competing to see who could generate the most noise. This of course can happen anywhere and we were just unlucky in this respect. During times that they were the neighbourhood was very peaceful. A quick and easy walk into town and a well stocked shop closer at hand. Whilst we’d visited Dalyan several times in the past our last visit was quite a few years ago. We were pleased to find that Dalyan remains largely unchanged. Liaison with the owner in terms of booking/payment etc was absolutely hassle free with the owner always fully contactable and quick to respond. Our return flight was late in the evening and we weren’t able to negotiate a final day with the owner due to the next booking. We simply booked a room for the day in a nearby hotel in order to have a comfortable base for the day and be able to rest, swim, and shower etc before our airport transfer. We would very happily stay at the villa again and would highly recommend it to others.

An idyllic introduction to Turkey

This was our first trip to Turkey and from start to finish, the whole process was one of helpfulness and support. Hayley, the property owner was our first point of contact through Vrbo and she was more than helpful answering our initial questions. Once the villa is paid for, contact is handed over to the villa manager Salih, who I have to say was first class! Nothing was too much trouble for him. The villa itself is in a great location. Its on the outskirts of town in a quiet neighbourhood approx 10-15 min walk to the action. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the way in, so if you need a pit stop you can take your pick. As the taxis were so cheap (TL100 or approx £3.00), we elected to get them as the heat was pretty intense even around 7pm when we generally went out in the evening. Inside, the villa has everything you will need for your stay, even a water cooler which you can arrange for a replacement bottle from Salih for TL50 or £1.50. We didn't have a car, so this saves having to buy from the supermarkets. Aircon is in all bedrooms and the main living area downstairs. Outside, the gardens and pool area are immaculate. There is a bike that I used for essentials, this came in really handy. All the bulky items such as beer and wine we got delivered to the villa. We found out who delivered what through Facebook forums for Dalyan. If in doubt, ask Salih, what a guy! We loved it so much, we've booked for next year!!!

Villa Olemez

It has flown by far too quickly. Perfect position. Quiet at night & an easy walk to either the shops or restaurants during the day/evening. A beautiful Villa which I could highly recommend. I was here last year & I’ll be here maybe twice next year. The pool & grounds are fabulous. Daily pool cleaning & beautiful shrubs. Maybe a hand rail down to the washing line would help. Lovely view of the mountains. Every thing available to prepare & cook an evening meal too. Air con in all the rooms.Plenty of shade. The info book is very helpful. Thank you. Belinda

Beautiful Villa quiet location close to town

Villa Olemez is a stunning 4 bedroom villa with a private pool. It is very modern with great air conditioning. The garden and pool are well maintained and an absolute delight to spend a holiday there. For our group, one of the best things was the Villa cat, Lucy. A fussy attention loving cat with a very sweet personality. 10/10 will be staying again.

Amazing

This villa is literally a home from home. We went as a party of 7 and there was more than enough space inside and out. The pool was brilliant, good size and cleaned daily. The outside space benefits from the sun pretty much all day but still plenty of shady areas as well. There is a shop for essentials about 5/8 minute walk away and we liked to stop for a drink on the way just to cool off. The centre of Dalyan is around a 10/15 minute walk or a taxi is £2.50 each way. Some of the restaurants do a free pick up and drop off too and all are willing to help. The owner of the villa, Hayley was amazing, always happy to help before and during our visit. I would highly recommend Villa Olemez and will definitely be back

Amazing villa

A beautiful villa situated in a quiet area of Dalyan but only a short 5-10 minute stroll from the centre of town. The villa was kitted out with everything you could possibly need for a family holiday and it was all to a high standard. Check in and out was simple and all requests and questions were answered within minutes. A truly amazing place, thank you Hayley for letting us stay and we hope to come back again next year.

Fabulous Villa in beautiful Dalyan

I can’t recommend the villa enough, it is truly fabulous. They have everything here to make you feel like it’s home from home. The pool is beautiful and is looked after daily. We enjoyed nights out eating at lots of different places but also enjoyed lazing around the pool until late evening then enjoying a bbq. The two bikes came in really handy for quick dashes to the shops or it’s about a 10 min walk. This was our first villa holiday and I don’t think anything will live up to this beautiful villa. We will be back!

Great holiday at villa olemez

The villa is in a great location. Very peaceful but near to all amenities. Lovely pool area and kept clean every day by the pool man. Lovely flowers and fruit trees in garden. All round a superb holiday.

Beautiful Villa!

The villa is gorgeous and in a great location - close enough to walk easily but far enough away to feel like your own private oasis. The pool is beautiful, as is the outside overall. The villa was spotless when we arrived and there was a binder explaining where everything was and how everything worked, which was extremely helpful. Also the DVD collection was great! Hayley was quick to reply to emails and answered any questions we had. Salih from Kaunos was also very helpful and set up a couple of activities for us (we highly recommend the jeep safari!). I will definitely be recommending this villa to friends and family. Thank you so much for having us! Robin & Andy

Excellent all round villa

Excellent location - 10-15 minute walk into town / corner shop 5 minutes away. Fully equipped inside with all you could want and a perfect outside area and pool. Plenty of room for sunbathing and plenty of shaded seating areas. Would definitely stay again

Lovely villa, great outdoor space in a quiet environment

We stayed at Villa Olemez for two weeks in September 2018. The villa is situated towards the outskirts of Dalyan, however, you can reach the town centre in about 10 minutes walking. The villa looks out over a lovely pomegranate orchard. The villa itself is lovely - a well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the first floor, one with en-suite, the other two roooms sharing a communal bathroom. The first floor balcony is great for watching the sunset. The outside areas are excellent - a large verandah with dining table and a couple of comfy chairs, a covered outdoor lounge area and a nice Turkish gazebo. the pool is a good size. At the back of the property there is both a clothes line and a small patio with an airer. The garden is well established, with banana, pomegranate and persimmon/kaki trees together with bougainvillia, potato tree amongst others. We did have one issue that arose during our stay and we found the local property agent and the owners to be extremely helpful. A great villa and a lovely holiday. Would recommend both the villa, its location and Dalyan as a resort. We have stayed in some villas that have felt soulless, however, this is clearly a well loved property.

Beautiful Villa in peaceful area of this charming town

After staying in many different style of villas in Dalyan we were charmed by the mix of the character and style of the interior of Olemez. English people do not be put off by the dark wood windows and doors there is plenty of light inside. The pool is an excellent size although like most Dalyan pools very deep and isn,t a lap over pool,the curved steps are perfect for just a paddle. Plenty of areas for shade if required. The fans on the terrace a great idea for when eating outside. The garden is very pretty and the views are amazing of the mountains around. Villa is in a lovely area. Easy trip into town, less than 5 mins on bike or 10 to 15 walking. For those new to Dalyan it is all flat but beware some roads just loose stones. ( comfy shoes needed). We found the kitchen well equipped and of course the water cooler a must. Bedrooms a good size and the fans very good addition too. All in all we would thoroughly recommend this villa.
