La Ciucola house, welcome in Tuscany, in the little village of Raggiolo.
The ideal place to relax while admiring the amazing view, in the pool surrounded by green nature.
The area offers the possibility of multiple hikes, food/wine tasting and the trips to the near and typical villages.
The accommodation is 70 square meters and very airy, arranged on two floors and is perfect both for a family of five or two couples.
The structure is a Pet Friendly one and allows pets from small to medium size, with a little surcharge.
On the ground floor there is a large open-plan kitchen with dining room, tv, fireplace, double sofa-bed, master bedroom with a private bathroom and storage room.
The kitchen in rustic Tuscan style was built by local craftsmen with the chestnut wood recovered from the ancients floors, and is equipped with high level dishes, fridge, oven, induction stove, dishwasher and espresso coffee machine.
The large room is furnished in antique style, very bright and with a panoramic view of the valley.
The guests can log with a comfortable and wooden staircase on the first floor. Here we have the other master bedroom, a large bathroom and a loft used as a think-tank. The guests can admire the sky from the skylight above the bed and take advantage of the fresh air that came from the valley floor by opening the windows. During the renovations have been discovered the old cavity were the swallows used to nest.
The outdoor space in front of the entrance door is for exclusive use, you can use the table with an umbrella both for breakfast in the fresh air of the morning and for dinner under the stars.
The term Ciucola is part of the group of those words that have been forgotten in the years in our village, it came from the name used by locals to refer to the lizard.
"Canto del fiume” is the name of our structure, realized thanks to a meticulous work of renovation of an ancient complex in the historic center of the village of medieval origins and consists of four independent accommodations, settled on two ancient stone houses.
Our holiday house offers to the guests private and comfortable apartments to meet all their needs.
Guests also can take advantage of several common services, like the large garden terrace, typical of the area, the pool, the space with the hot tub, the one with the ping pong table and the arbor with a table that can accommodate up to 16 people. Every outdoor structure is available for the guests.
The structure has the characteristics of a little stone village in a private area of Raggiolo.
The historic center is entirely pedestrian, so the cars have to be parked in the communal and free parking just outside Raggiolo, like 250 meters before, so as to leave quiet in the village.
For the particular conformity of the historic center, in case of stay of guests with limited mobility, it is recommended to contact us early to have more information and make specific arrangements for the stay.

only use by the guests of the structure, which is composed by four accommodations

- The washing machine is located in the cellars’s area
- The area is entirely pedestrian and the car must be park in the communal and free parking
collocated outside the village, we recommend the use of a trolley

- Our structure allows the guests to use tap water which is drinkable and comes from groundwater located in a nearby mountain. This water is regularly controlled by authorities and has a good taste, is safe, saves you money, time, struggle and doesn’t generate waste.

Paolina house is part of the structure “Canto del Fiume” and is located in Raggiolo, Tuscany.
Is located in the ancient village but is completely secluded, in close contact with nature.
Raggiolo is surrounded by the green of nature in Casentino, Arezzo, from 2015 is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Is located on the slopes of Pratomagno, is like 600 meters high and has medieval origins.
