“Cute place. Awesome location with great eats — Red Star Tacos and Corina Bakery— easy walk. Surprisingly quiet, incuding neighbors in building. Small but adequate. ”

“Great little nook in historic Tacoma. Our daughter just lives 4 houses down so perfect for our Christmas stay to visit ALL our kids/grandkids. Clean and well appointed local bing spaces.”

“Large, lovely studio apartement. Well stocked seperate kitchen, large, light filled living/sleeping area, with comfortable beds and furniture. The apartement is nicely laid out with comfy gathering areas, and a semi private nook if you need to do desk work. Thoughtful basket full of towels, blanket and a hair roller if you bring your furry friend. The neighborhood is clean, friendly, quiet and very walkable. Matt is considerate and responds quickly to communication. I will definitely come back.”

“The stay was ok very barebones apartment. Good located for being downtown. It was good for a weektrip. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay again though ”

“Not clean, poorly maintained, broken furniture, electrical problem (host call back 3 days after voice message was left). Constant water leak from refrigerator. Carpet in bedroom, which was pulled from the tack strip at door. All floors very dirty. General cleaning was poor.”
