“This was the perfect house to sit and relax with friends. And it was very convenient to the downtown area of Hamilton. I will be booking this house again if available for future visits.”

“Stable wifi signal allowed solid video calls during my visit so work didn't pile up too much away from home office base.”

“Great place- close to KC. David was a wonderful host.”

“Check in and check out was very smooth. The home was beautifully decorated with antiques and quilts. Very, very clean and fully stocked with linens and the softest beds. A beautiful rest was had by all. We had breakfast and enjoyed our welcome treat on the front porch. Jennafer was amazing and gave us info to find a place to eat and a place to charge one of the cars. We all highly recommend staying here! It was a joyful wedding weekend and this beautiful home was the icing on the cake!”

“We enjoyed our stay even if only for one night traveling through Saint Joseph. Rooms were clean met expectations.”

“Great house. Very well put together with matching decor and hardware throughout. It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort went into to it. Kitchen was very functional with newer appliances. Bedrooms were simple with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean and nice. Upstairs walk in shower had a rain shower which is good for taller people. I’d be happy to stay again in the future.”

“Upon arrival, it appeared that the kitchen had not been cleaned at all. We had to wipe down the interior of the refrigerator and freezer before using. There were also multiple perishable food items left behind. We also noed a torn shower curtain. When we contacted the property manager, the only response was thanks for letting me know. ”

“I would choose this place again without thinking twice. The AC ran throughout night keeping it comfortable, laundry services meant we packed light yet stayed fresh on longer trips around Saint Joseph area.”

“Wifi stayed steady enough to handle work calls without interruptions or delays.”

“There was no microwave or fridge as was claimed when we booked the room. The room was disgusting. The bath tub was filthy. the beds were dirty. Bedding was all stained up. Floors were dirty. We had two queen beds and were given two pillows, one bath towel and one hand towel. No wash clothes. We would not use the bath tub. We had to buy blankets at walmart to lay across the bed just to sleep on it. Our door had the lock broke off it and didn't want to stay shut. I will never book a room in this……

“Road trip stop. Air conditioning did better than expected, quieter than other motels we've tried nearby. TV had basic channels but good enough for downtime after driving all day.”
