「Overpriced. Continental breakfast is bagels cereal and a waffle machine. No hot food other than make your own waffles. No dresser for clothes, phone in room did not work so no way to contact desk. No elevator.」

「Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again.」

「This hotel is garbage, I DONT RECOMMEND this to my friend. We paid almost 500$ for 2 nights and then our deposites got deducted another 40$ because they think we’re smoking. Which is we’re not. My husband and I bought a candle for our special night . And then 60$ more because of the bed sheets have stain on it. And the shampoo and soap I don’t have nothing to say .What f kind of hotel is this. Don’t used this hotel for your vacation . NOT GOD AT ALL.」

「All vending machines out of order, no elevator to reach second floor. Had to carry luggage up stairs. Don’t think they have a pool, if they do, I wasn’t told where it was. The online pictures are not what it actually is. Sorta reminds me of a rent by the hour motel you see in the movies. Won’t be going back there again.」

「This is a motel, not a hotel. Room was very dirty. It didn’t seem like they’ve ever mopped the floors if they cleaned them at all. Shower didn’t drain. Very thin walls, we could hear neighbor conversations loud and clear. Good parking though and the restaurant next door is super good. Also very cheap stay for the area but you definitely get what you pay for.」

「We frequently choose older motels that cost less. We look closely at their photos, and if it looks updated and clean we choose it. Usually we find it is owned/managed by an immigrant family, frequently from the Subcontinent, and they do an excellent job with the older property. The Royal Inn in Hudson, Wis., is such a place. It was very clean, the air conditioning worked well on a hot day, parked right in front of our room. Convenient location.」

「Our stay was comfortable, room was clean. There is no ice machine on site so plan accordingly. There is not an office onsite, plan on Self Check-in only with call support if you have issues with your door code.」
